Skin - Can change the color and texture of his skin. Textures do not go beyond what is naturally possible for human skin.
Muscles - Can change the size and shape of his muscles. This can not affect his strength, nor can he change their size and shape beyond what is naturally possible for human muscles.
Sensation - Can turn off his nerve endings to avoid feeling touch or pain.
