Private Finished Social Constructs and Other Objects

"Put your hand up like this and visualize the object you want, think of the details too if you can," Melody instructed showing Liliana how to initiate the construct as she held out her hand before her and within a second a composite bow materialized solid as a real one.

"Now you try," Melody said as she glanced at the redhead.

Watching her partner, Liliana stretched out her hand, she could feel the magic flowing through her hands. Staring at her hand, thinking about her favourite bow, she felt the tingling as if something was going to happen.

"That's it..." Melody said encouragingly as she watched Liliana intently, "Visualize, draw the energy into you, let it flow through you now..."

Moments later a bow appeared in Liliana's hand for a brief moment before fading.

"No, that's good" Melody said as she smiled at Liliana, "Try again," she suggested happy with Liliana's progress.

"Hey there, Elisa? Right?" Liliana said remembering the girl right away. She had also been running in the elections. "How's it going?" she said as she lowered her outstretched hand, smiling at her.

"He's high? On what?" Liliana asked incredulously, not unaware that dugs could be found on Manta Carlos the same as anywhere else, as she glanced at Nigel, laying there unconscious, or stoned.

"You sure he's okay?" she said as she looked at Elisa unconvinced. Then,

"Melody is showing me how make constructs," Liliana explained to Elisa as she gestured to the bow in Melody's hands. "She can create almost anything. It's really quite amazing."

Liliana gave Nigel one last glance, shrugged and decided if he needed help they could always call somebody. Besides, he wasn't in any danger of dying. She would know if he was if that were the case.

Looking at Melody when Elisa asked if she could see the bow, Melody then nodded at Liliana and handed the bow to Elisa, who was slightly shorter than the taller regalia. "It may be slightly too long for you, which will throw off the tension when you draw back," she explained.

Liliana glanced questioningly at Melody, who then nodded that she could continue if she wanted.

"Bows often have various amounts of tension to them, a lot of time it all comes down to arm length and draw length," she explained, gesturing to Melody again, who made another bow appear, this one slightly less long, more for a shorter person like herself or Elisa.

"Here, try this..." Liliana said exchanging bows with her. "Now stand like this," she said standing comfortably with her legs slightly apart, "And lift the bow up, til it's level with your body, and pull back on the string using these two fingers only," she said showing her hand, "middle and ring only."
