The frozen grounds glimmered in the Sun's gentle rays, a cool breeze brushed across the light fluffy snow while the faint sounds of people chattered away within the grand buildings. At the frost bitten gate, a dark figure donned in a long black coat and an ornate top hat gazed upon the grounds. His purple eyes twinkled as a maddening grin grew across his pale face.

"What a splendid place!" The strange man exclaimed, clasping his hands together with much enthusiasm, "though this snow is quite bothersome, I was hoping for a warmer climate to compliment my exotic complexion..."

He sniffed while removing his beloved top hat, giving it a few light strokes to remove the snow forming along it's rim. A light thump could be heard, as a sudden pain resonated from his foot. Shocked, he gazed down to see a hammer nesting on his black shoe. He scowled, picking up the strange hammer and tossing it inside the hat.

"Bothersome...." he muttered, running his hand through his snow white hair before placing the curious hat back ontop of his noggin.Another thunk sounded, this time within the hat, the strange man blinked once, feeling his head before falling face first into the snow.

With a vacant gaze and slight confusion gracing her features, Philomela watched silently as the white-haired man spoke to himself. Taking a moment to swish her arms back and forth in a half hearted attempt to get the snow off of her sleeves (which, regardless of her efforts, returned to their previous location folded on the ground), the pink child felt her grin return to her face. Only moments before had she stepped into the Admissions Office to sort out her business as a new student and decided that the Admissions Office was stuffy, boring, and frankly smelled strange. Long sleeves dragging in the snow behind her, Mela set off to find something worth her time. It was a large campus, she surmised. There was bound to be something of interest.

PlOP.

Well. There it was. The tall man she had seen talking to himself was now lying face down in the snow, unmoving. Hm. It would be good to check that out, huh? Just get over there and hurry it up already jeez. Shut up.

Padding over to the man's location in the snow softly, Philomela shook her right sleeve violently until a small ragdoll rolled out and onto the ground. The ragdoll was crudely made, with uneven stitching in places that didn't seem to actually need stitching and button eyes that did not match in any shape or form. She crouched down beside the man, and lifted her arm to poke his back with her sleeve. Philomela stared at the man with her sleeve resting on his back as the tiny ragdoll shakily rose to it's feet (or stubs, rather) and placed it's hands sassily on where it's hips should have been.

[Hey there bro. Having some trouble keepin vertical?]
