"Great, now watch." He touched her head with his finger and her head bolted backwards, the light shot up in the air and made a giant fireworks display. "How do ya like that?" he said to himself. "So how do you think you did?"

"Wow, How did you learn stuff like that?" Kristin asked him. Kristin lived with her grandparents and they certainly didn't know how to teach her anything like that. They thought everything was so dangerous.

"Well, my powers were all I had when I was younger", he said in a depressed voice. He didn't have many friends when he was younger. "Did you just find out about your powers?"

"Well I found out I had powers when I was ten." Kristin said. She didn’t like using them back then because she felt like people would think she was a ‘freak’ or something.

He hugged her softly and gave a soft laugh, "well, I'm glad you discovered your blessing." If she hadn't discovered her powers she would've never came to the school in the first place. "If you wanna try again later tell me aight?"

"My blessing? Well I don't know about that....." Kristin said. Sometimes her powers made her get dizzy or pass out and that sometimes forced her to use them less. "Ok I'll tell you."

"Oh the usual, I had to take my roommate to the hospital wing. Got asked out to the dance by one of your friends, he had no idea I was going with you. And became friends with the jerk of the school. All in one week." Kristin said. Kristin wondered if Anisha was doing alright, Kristin didn’t feel right leaving her alone in the hospital and as for Maulderin she didn’t know what to think of him asking her to the dance. Then there was Judas who put her through the whole tiger hunting and somehow she was still his friend. "You?"

He gave her a look like, 'Well, someone's been a busy little bee!' He didn't mind though, he did wanna know who asked her to the dance though... "Who asked you to the dance?" he asked, trying not to show all the jealous at once...
