“Of course.” Kristin said, willing to give anything a try. “So what did you have in mind teacher?” Kristin asked him. Back home Kristin never practiced her powers, she didn’t like to but now she was proud of them because it made her special, it made her different.

"Well the first thing you wanna do is find a good position to hold your hand to summon the energy." He held his hands facing each other in front of him and looked to her to do the same.

She did as he instructed. Kristin felt relaxed and was ready to do whatever he told her to do next. “Ok I’m ready what next?” Kristin asked him.

"Okay, now close your eyes, and feel the light being conjured in front of you.." he said as he put his hands on top of hers. He closed his eyes, hoping to enhance her own abilities.

Kristin closed her eyes. Ok, I can do this. she told herself. She conjured up the light in front of her. Kristin didn’t have to open her eyes to know she was doing it, she felt like the light left her and went in front of her.

"Excellent, now, make it grow", he said taking his hands off of hers. He wanted to see if she could do it on her own.

Kristin tried but it stayed the same. A very frustrated Kristin was about to give up when the light started to grow little by little. It wasn’t much but it was working.

"Keep trying", he placed his hand in front of her fore-head and closed his eyes, he started mubling a few words; the light began to grow...

Kristin's mind started to wander, she wanted to know what he was doing. Kristin tried forcusing again. Letting her light grow little bit more.

"Concentrate", he demanded. He could tell she was not focusing cause the light stopped growing. "C'mon, you can do this!" He gave her power a little more boost.
