<div align=center>All things considered he still felt pretty sheltered. As much as he studied the history, science, and philosophy of humans he hadn't really given much thought to other unworldly creatures. His self taught education only reached so far, but even then mountains upon mountains of textbooks could only touch the tip of the iceberg in terms of the people here. It was a good thing then hopefully for him to have met this other guy. All things considering it was a good start in terms of making friends and fighting the world out. As curiosity spread to his face he hoped to find out more on Incubi.

"The south?" He asked, wondering where he was referring to. He could have meant the South Pole, but Ed doubted he wanted anything to do with Antarctica. Not like he did himself. Though come to think of it he could probably grow fur and adapt his body if needed. Now if he desired to was the question. "Well, flying is a cool power. Must be pretty handy." He smiled, the tip of his tail flicking on the ground. He liked looking at the powers of others, comparing them between species. "My powers are kinda useless. And dumb. Can't complain though, like I said everything has its perks." He sighed, though didn't frown nor get bogged down over the little stuff. "Still trying to find mine, though. Got plenty of time for that."</div>

<div align=center>Levi nodded, "I guess you'd know it as Hell." The Underworld, really. But Hell was a significant part of that, right? Sure it was. Flying would be very handy indeed if he could actually do it. "I prefer to teleport." As already mentioned, it took a lot less out of him, it was quicker, and even if it took a few tries to get the exact right place, it was usually a hell of a lot more reliable. Only due to the fact that he didn't run the risk of falling hundreds of feet to his imminent death if he went too far away with it.

"What can you do?" He asked. He supposed there were the few born with powers that literally had no use whatsoever. Having something useless would probably suck in a place like this, where there were literally kids that could change the whole course of history if they wanted to. But what could you do? Turn into a dog, or light candles with your mind (only candles though!) Levi supposed he was glad he could at least do a couple of more interesting things, and if you happened to make him angry enough then you might even be able to see the pretty purple fire that burst from him sometimes. It was best not to get too close to that, though. Not unless you wanted your face to be melted off.</div>

<div align=center> Hell, eh? Edsel pondered this for a moment, uttering a small 'oh' in a sort of understanding agreement. Well, he was awfully nice for someone from hell. Which was good, for he didn't have to worry about him living up to his homeland. "Interesting." He replied with a small nod, actually thinking it was pretty cool he was from there. Better than being inhuman and growing up on a more normal place on earth. Hiding all his life wasn't very fun. But everyone had bad points in their life wherever they came from, so he didn't want to say 'lucky'. Besides it must be hot down there, and sweat and fur didn't mix.

"You can teleport to? Aw man, that is pretty awesome." He cracked out another smile at the other's insight. He did have a wicked set of powers, the monster paling in comparison. Which is why when he asked about his he grew hesitant, but gave off a nonchalant shrug. Surely this guy was nice enough to understand him. He shrugged. "Well, I told you I was a monster. I wasn't kidding." He looked down at his hand, considering demonstrating but deciding to put that aside until he at least explained just a little bit. "Because I am supposed to scare people because it's my job, I can sorta change up my body to fit the part." He looked down, sort of embarrassed at how he phrased it. "Sharper claws, bigger fangs, extra fur, rearranging my face entirely... The whole nine yards." He twitched another smile, looking up at him with his gold-colored eyes a bit softer. "Pointless, because I don't like to frighten people." And it was certainly an unpleasant sight to behold. </div>

<div align=center>Still, Edsel was talking about being a monster and Levi simply didn't see it. Sure, he was a little funny looking, but every time he passed a mirror he honestly thought the same thing about himself. His horns were garish and his wings were ridiculous, the only thing he really liked was the tail that stuck out from behind him, though that probably wouldn't have been the case if it had been completely useless, but luckily, it wasn't and he could do all sorts of things with it. "Sort of teleporting, anyway." It was more like shadow travel, as a demon he supposed he could become one with darkness. That sounded awfully emo thinking about it.

"Don't like to frighten people? But they're scared so easily." In his short time on Earth, Levi had realized that human beings were terribly fragile creatures, easily upset and easily harmed. The only one he could think of that really absolutely didn't fit that criteria was... Well, Tyberius. "I suppose I don't really like to frighten them either, there's a lot of other things humans are useful for, without terrifying the wits out of them." He shrugged, he supposed he would have sung a different song at one point, but not now.</div>

<div align=center>Listening to Levi, Edsel supposed he had a point. He was just used to conforming with humanity, rather than seeing himself as the predator of it like he was. He just didn't feel comfortable purposely isolating himself from the species that practically ruled the earth. But somehow they were fragile little things that were easily scared of things vaguely different than them. He'd just be going to the grocery store and someone would look like they were beyond disturbed. So Levi was right in that. "They are a shaky bunch aren't they." He muttered, a small chuckle rumbling through his throat. His tail curled slowly around his ankles, sluggish with its weight. "It's easier to just get along instead of going out of your way to try to be nasty. After all pushing them far enough over the edge they get violent. Pretty sure they've gotten long past the point of using pitchforks and torches. Hate to see the end of some guy's rifle." He muttered that last part as if it were a possibility. Clearly there was a fear held for them as evidenced by the tone of his voice. But perhaps he was being paranoid. He may have had a bad run in in the past, however that might not be the same with Levi. Besides, he had heard vague rumors about his... Acquaintances. Surely he must have had more experience with people than the awkward monster. Whether or not this was true remained to be seen.

Twitching a smile, he asked "Why do you say that?" </div>
