The white haired boy walked into the clearing. Water lineda small bridge which he, of course, could not see, yet. His name was Trevor. He walked along a path, murmuring quietly under his breath to create a map of the area. He finally found the bridge up ahead and walked up to the top. he heard a splash, but could not see its owner until he spoke.
"Hello?? Hello?? Testing..." he said in his deep voice. The sound waves bounced back at him and showed him the image of two mermaids , but they didnt look to friendly. They seemed to be circling the bridge, watching the 19 year old. He sighed when they submerged themselves in the water, because he could no longer see them.
"Testing, testing.. 1,2,3. Testing.." he said, trying to find them again. he thought how strange he proboably sounded speaking to himself and SOUNDING like he was testing out a mic for a play. He sighed when he still coul not see them. Then, out of no where, One jumped above the bridge. It just barely missed his head.
"That was close.. too too close" he said, trying to keep the picture. The mermaid that had tried to take him out kept going in and out of the water, bobbing in the water. it was hard for him to keep the image for more than a few moments. He just needed a minute to get all the looks right.
