Appearance Description:
Human form
- In his human form, he is below average height in many countries. Standing at a underwhelming height of 5’5”, (165.1 cm) he is most notably of a lankier build. While it is considered back home to be socially irresponsible to show your natural hair color in places where humans may see, he finds it too troublesome to try to cover his hair and as a result he leaves it as a darker blue. It is also good to note that regardless of his form he always has bright, almost electric, blue eyes
- His clothing style can range from sweatpants and comfortable shirt to a decent coat, button up, and long pants. It is also important to note that it is rare that you would ever see him walking anywhere without his signature blue scarf regardless of the temperature or time of year.
Dragon form
- Like in his human form he is among some of the smaller dragons in the family being that unlike his brothers and sisters he only stands at about 21 meters tall and about 35 meters from chest to tip of his tail. And to be honest, he looks quite harmless in his dragon form almost like a housebroken cat in some cases, in fact some people have caught him acting like a cat and lying in the sun while in dragon form and snoozing off.
Sifa stands on four legs and, as is typical for many ice dragons, has feathery wings that go from white to blue. On each of his legs, he has three razor sharp claws that do indeed have the capability to cut flesh. The rest of his body is pure white as snow except for his tail which has a grouping of feathers at the end. His teeth in dragon form is retractable and leaves his gums looking like they do not have teeth.
Personality Description:
If you were to describe him in one word, it would be lazy. Sifa is known for how lazy he is within his family and has at many times gotten flack for how he isn’t as energetic as his siblings. When talked to he shows his inner indifference about most things. In this way, In order to make him care about something or make him do anything there has to be a proper incentive for him to do it. In many cases he chooses the easiest path to take because he does not want to bother with the harder paths. He is so lethargic in fact that he complains about having to take a human form when interacting with humans. It is also good to note that on warmer days he becomes much more lethargic when compared to colder days.
While he is lazy and lethargic, he is considered to be very intelligent within his family. He was notably capable of finishing many of the mental puzzles and riddles that others had told him relatively quickly.
Many people annoy Sifa, but under very few circumstances does Sifa actually get angry and when he does he can be counted among the cruelest in the family. Very few can say that they have earned the ire of Sifa Rukt’In, but those who do try not to spark the same reaction from him a second time because when he is angry he uses his innate intelligence in conjunction with his abilities and the unused energy he has from lazing around to try to make the person who angered him regret their decision, proportional, of course to their crime.
That being said, he also has a deep running affection for his family that he would never admit to anyone.

Dragon’s genetic gifts:
- As is common for Ice dragons Sifa will live for 40,000-50,000 years total. That being said, even though he does have a long lifespan he does not have immortality and can be killed under certain means, but that being said killing him would not be as easy as some make it due to the fact that it is possible for Sifa to regrow limbs and other important body parts. In his dragon form it is possible to regrow a limb in about a day and a half to two days. In his human form however it could take up to a month and a half to two months before he can use his limb again.
Ice Breath
- Sifa, like many ice dragons, is capable of breathing supercooled water vapor and air from his mouth in dragon form. His breath causing many things to freeze solid and become covered and a two inch thick layer of ice by the end. He can sustain this breath for about one minute at a time but takes about 8 to 9 hours before he can use his breath without any consequences. Of course, if he were to try and use it any more after the refractory period of 8 to 9 hours has started he risks breathing difficulties and eventually death by suffocation due to a buildup of ice in his throat.
Human form:
Unlike many dragons of his lineage, Sifa is capable of staying within his human form for a very long time due to the fact that he is always resting. Of course, there is a time limit on how long he can stay in human form. He can stay in his human form for a year before having to change back to his original form for a rest period. This rest period can last for 2 to 3 days and is not particularly comfortable for him as he has a headache during it. As a trade off for being able to take a human form, he is also subjected to periodic headaches that grow worse as time goes on. His headaches go from mild and nearly nonexistent to headsplittingly painful. His human form is quite weak, though, and to make up for the loss of strength, he has learned to act dexterously and quickly.
Mutated Ice dragon’s body:
Not all mutations are good, this can be seen when looking at Sifa's body. While many dragon's scales are quite tough when it comes to physical damage, Sifa's are not. When he was born, he was noted that his scales were quite soft and brittle and while they do help insulate him from colder outside temperatures, the scales do not provide him with the same protection that other dragons may enjoy. In fact, his scales are quite easy to puncture and act only as a second skin as partial insulation from the cold. Any puncturing attacks also provide him with an additional danger due to the fact that the shards created from his brittle scales can actually hurt him in the process. Though his scales are indeed quite fragile, he still retained the enhanced sight, smell, and hearing of his lineage.
Mutated weakness against physical damage:
Due to the lack of sturdy scales, Many things that can cause a lot of physical damage becomes a large problem for Sifa to deal with. For some reason, damage that is done to him physically tends to heal slower than if it were to be done magically, and as a result damage accumulated from physical attacks can become quite fatal to him if he does not act carefully.
Weakness to fire based attacks:
Quite simply, Fire based attacks hurt him disproportionately to the damage he takes from other elemental and magic based attacks. While fire does not make him physically heal slower, he does suffer more from fire damage than any other elemental damage that can be used against him. For example, if he were to try and cook a meal, but he was burned by the pot, most people would usually sustain a 1st degree burn, he would be guaranteed to sustain a 2nd degree burn at minimum.

Sifa, sadly isn’t that good at this skill and only is capable of making small stake like pillars of hard ice, rotating them at fast speeds, and launching them at high speeds to the enemy. While he can do this in both human and dragon forms, In human form the size at which he could create drops from about a 7 foot long stake of ice to a maximum 1 foot long stake of ice. That being said he does not lose the capability to rotate the ice stakes relatively quickly and launch them.
It is important to note that his capability of creating ice is greatly based on the available humidity and temperature. On a cold day, for example, it would be much easier than on an extremely hot day. As creating a ice stake is a relatively quick thing for him, what would usually take him a couple of seconds in a moderate environment would take him a minute to two minutes in a hot and dry environment.

When he was born, his mother noted that unlike many of the other children, he did not act inquisitively out of the egg, but looked annoyed at the fact that the laughing and talking of others was disturbing his sleep. As he grew up in the family under the watchful eye of his father, he looked for the best ways to get out of doing any duties that were given to him.
It was not uncommon for him to get heckled about his laziness, being called names like the lazy hatchling, useless one, dragon leech, but he did not care as it was quite normal for siblings to heckle each other and doubly so when they were in contention for the position as chief. While he did at times give as good has he got, most of the time he let the insults slip past him telling the people that “Its too much energy trying to argue with a nimwit dragon like you.”
One person he did find it easy to tease was his younger brother Shul and he did put a little effort in trying to make the kid hurt. Many of the insults he threw at Shul were directly related to Shul's strength and appearance in dragon form and at one point Sifa even called Shul a over glorified puffball that wouldn't be fit to be a dragon, much less a chief.
That being said when a child of a different family came up to insult him, his lazy demenor broke. He didn't know why, but it just did. The child in the village stepped on the pride of a child of the chief, who would allow that? So late at night, he snuck out and disappeared into the night. Sadly though didn't avoid the eyes of his sister Fweiu, and he didn't realize that he would have to avoid her later. As he returned the next morning, his white scales were tinged in a red looking material and had small scratches over his body.
After a brief conflict with Fweiu, who had seen him leave, he asserted that all that had happened was that he had accidentally fallen into a tree during a midnight walk and went to bed as he neither wanted or was interested in getting into a fight with her.
He woke up the next morning, washed as fast as he could and went about his lazy business, his scratches mostly healed, though some still slightly bleeding. It was almost as if he did not want people to know that he had raged and spent energy on a frivolous pursuit. The child of the different family was seen walking into the village a day or two later, almost dead. The child healed up just fine, but did not ever mention what happened the night he was attacked.
During the ensuing months he had kept to his lifestyle of laziness until the time at which a battle for the succession to the throne between Fweiu and Shul occurred. Apparently, from what he had heard from his siblings, Fweiu had lost to the same Shul that he had periodically insulted. Even he was suprised by that news, and wondered what happened, but what happened later would be even more confusing in his opinion.
A while later, he heard that Shul had forfeited the right to being chief and was banished. This of course led to his sister, Fweiu, becoming chief, the move deeper into the mountains, and the rift between those who believed that the integration of humans into their society was bad and those who thought otherwise becoming a large problem. Sifa, like always, kept his aura of laziness about him and tried to live like he always did while leeching off of the family.
This worked until one day his sister came up to him with a unwelcome statement and told him
"Brother! I have finally found a way for you to become useful!"
He refused and then she replied,
"It involves sitting on a couch a lot doing nothing but looking at a screen. I can think of nobody better for the job"
And forced him to come with her to the island in order to learn modern popular culture and make a curriculum for the clan.
