 At 4'6" and 70 lbs, Sienna is a tiny elf. Or maybe that's average for an elf? Depends on the elf. Either way, if her height and weight didn't give away her race, her pointed ears sure would. Speaking of her ears, they're adorned by several piercings. These piercings are the only thing Sienna dresses herself up in. Her appearance isn't a big concern for her, and that's evident by her constant messy bun, the dark circles under her eyes, and manner of dress. She can clean up nice, but she usually has no inclination to do so. Her face is covered in freckles, and her features are broader than one might consider an Elf's to be. There are the beginning of wrinkles on her forehead and crows feet at the corners of her eyes from long hours of hard staring and deep contemplation. Her eyes, both green and intense, can look a bit on the crazy side. Not because of any magic mumbo jumbo, Sienna is just a bit manic. No way around that. Her typical style of dress involves a lot of scarves or solid colored button up shirts. She almost never wears skirts or dresses and has a preference for mint green. She always wears a pin over her breast of a chibi penguin with thick, circular glasses. It's not uncommon to find Cece smoking. “As long as there was coffee in the world, how bad could things be?”

 First and foremost, Cece is a huge workaholic. She loves what she does and does it well. She can be a bit much for people to take, as she has a very manic way about her person. She'll go to any depth imaginable to get the dirty details on the stories she wants to write, and she is tough to intimidate (mostly because she's so absentminded about personal safety that she doesn't register threats). While perceptive when looking into details for her articles, she is very oblivious to day-to-day activities and rarely notices the people who try to insert themselves into her life. She is very much a one track mind kind of person and so has little room in her life for friendships or romance. Sienna strives to never mix work and personal feelings and she's pretty damn good at it. While she may like a person, it doesn't stop her from telling the world the gritty truth about them and the skeletons in their closet. This results in a lot of broken friendships. She would care, but work is always more important. Cece's biggest dream is to become a household name. She is a perfectionist who never feels like her accomplishments are good enough.  CITY ELF Intuitive Polygraphy (passive): When hearing a lie, Sienna will intuitively know it is a lie, though she will not know the reason for the lie. This ability doesn't work on twisting the truth (IE: half truths or things that may be said one way and meant another), meaning there is a way around her ability, assuming one knows she has it. While she can detect deception, she cannot detect dishonesty. Being truthful and being honest are two very separate things. This power also does not work when someone brushes over a question. It can only detect lies the person lying knows about, meaning what the person believes to be a lie is more important than the actual truth itself. If someone genuinely believes what they're saying is true, Sienna can't detect any kind of lie in their statement. Omnilingualism (passive): Sienna is instantly able to understand and fluently speak and write in any language she is introduced to. This is limited to forms of communication Sienna is capable of understanding; high pitches she can't hear, sounds she is incapable of making, or any form of animal communication are strictly off the table and not things she could speak in or understand. Long Life (passive): Sienna is not immortal and she can die by any human means, but being an Elf has given her a longer lifespan than most mortals have.  Born to a very poor household, Sienna was introduced to hard work at an early age. This has led her to equate worth with visible accomplishments. She takes anything she does very seriously and becomes easily frustrated with those who demean her career or goals. She had many younger brothers and sisters, with only one parent -- her mother -- to look after all of them. Being one of the eldest children, this left Cece to help her mother care for her younger siblings. When she was old enough to move out, she did so as soon as possible and found herself in New York City. She worked as an assistant in a newsroom and when she felt she had more than enough experience she attempted to get a promotion to become a journalist. When she was denied Sienna packed up, stating she would create her own news network. A few more failed attempts later, and Cece moved on from the big apple. She soon found herself drawn to Manta Carlos, which she decided would be the perfect place to start up her business. “If my doctor told me I had only six minutes to live, I wouldn't brood.
