Appearance Description: Eyes a shimmering mixed silver and gold, soft white pale not quite 'sickly', prefers to wear skirts of varying length with formal shirts and blouses, Naturally wavy bluish black hair pulled into a pony tail behind her, 5'11", 160, Elegantly thin and skinny, small bust size, has a cold 'I know everything about you, and I find you lacking' look due to her abilities.
Personality Description:
Look, I'm here to do a job, my boss told me to like you...so I'm trying actively to not despise you right now. Is usually how Shiariel reacts to people. This is something she began fostering after the death of her husband.
Though if you get past her cold exterior she is still chilly towards people. Just not actively despising their proximity and existence as much. If you prove her right and she should despise you, I hope you brought winter gear, because it's going to be quite the blizzard.
She so far as only warmed up to one man so far and that is with the Detective that she most often is assigned to help for the day.
Powers:
Analysis: Has the ability to access a 'database' of information stored in the heavens for the purposes of her mission. (Detailed in bio) This database has catalogued pretty much everything, from powers, to people, to a small amount of the multi dimensions. This isn't a security camera system or anything. It doesn't tell her when crimes are committed or where people are. It allows her to see Who someone is, what their DNA markers are ect.
Mainly used in her work to help with Crime Scene Investigation on site allowing for faster pursuit of justice. Identifying bodies, fingerprints and what not.
Active: Shiariel has to be stationary when using this ability actively. It manifests as holographic projections in front of Shiariel that others can see to but only those that know the language of angels can actually read it. When using on living people has a lesser effect, all she can really get is basically the equivalent of a public records search Name, Main Residence, and registered vehicles. Shiariel isn't quite sure why the limitation but she runs with it.
On dead bodies she can find much more. Cause of death such as Poison, Gun shot, ext, but not stuff like Who poisoned them or how far away they got shot from (further then 5 feet) as well as, time of death, a list of 'sins' though the list isn't quite interesting for Shiariel, she's not an angel of Judgement but of Protection after all. This makes it perfect for Analasis but not great for profiling or actually hunting a criminal.
This ability is also required to be in Active mode when analyzing inanimate object, such as a pencil for finger prints, or a gun for the rifling pattern it makes on bullets, or in a room where she can track a blood spray pattern. This can also allow her to tell which spray happened first chronologically helping to create the story of how a person had died
Passive: it allows her to know someone's name and race without needing effort on Shiariel's part.

Shiariel was born from light in the Heavens, she was made to be who she was by the wills of Heaven and though she has the ability to deviate from her course she feels a Rightness about herself when she is able to keep mortals safe. In a way her powers manifest because of that. Once she was given her task and training in her abilities she was sent to earth when the time was right and Shiariel figured she could do the most good on Monte Carlos and in extension helping the local police forces.
Just over two years before giving birth to her son, Soren, Shiariel had met a human man whom she eventually fell to love. They both worked for CSI section of many Police Departments while their relationship deepened both being transfers at the same time to the same location both by request so that they could keep seeing each other. It was less then a year later that they married and soon had a child expected and on the way. That child was their son whom they named Soren.
They all lived comfortably for six years before tragedy struck. While Shiariel and her husband were tasked with an assignment in a more dangerous part of a city they were ambushed by a gang of young punks with guns. Wanting to get to Shiariel and do many an evil deed to her.
Wanting to protect her, her husband tried his best to keep them back. But they shot him in the chest multiple times, when this happened Shiariel reacted violently and to drive off the thugs and now fight for her husband's life she shot them all in their extremities not trying to kill them. They eventually ran away and Shiariel was finally able to call out that an officer was down. But it was to late.
Spending the next year tracking the young men down she had nearly neglected her son but had been able to catch all of the thugs. Not wanting to stay in the place that reminded her so much of her husband now she packed up and moved herself and her son to Manta Carlos where she thought she could raise her son better and make up for the year of neglect.

- Protection from Evil (Those who wish harm upon her have harder time hurting her, spells from malevolent sources are slightly weakened against her, people trying to harm her physically pause for a brief moment)
- Immune to Death (When killed she is taken to heaven, she gets healed there before being able to come back down. Can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to years depending on how she died)
