He walked down the street, his gray silver eyes looking at the shops as he passed, the Shadow was taking s nap in the back of his mind. In truth James wasn't sure what he was doing here, he sorta wanted new clothes after an entire outfit was ruined in that fight with the bullies. So he walked until he came to a shop, a nice looking one, and he slipped inside.

They say clothes made the man, James never really believed that. He always wore basically the same thing, jeans and a long sleeve shirt, though the shirt was to cover up a nasty scar on his forearm. Today his choice in clothes was no different, all in all James was a handsome young man though he perhaps leaned more toward cute, unfortunately that face was now scarred, the scars were light but noticeable, one in his cheek and another on his chin.

His gray silver eyes looked over the store, it was indeed a classy place, but there was definitely something unique about it. He had considered getting enchanted clothing before, something that wouldn't get torn by the tentacles. He hummed slightly in thought, as he walked just a bit deeper into the shop, a shadow tentacle forming on his shoulder and slowly swaying back and forth.

Today was certainly a slower day for business. But this allowed Kaya to stay in the back room and watch Darcy sleep in the little crib there in. Though even as Kaya simply watched her daughter sleeping Kaya's powers were at work. The elegant ball gown was pretty enough but creatively it wasn't taxing on Kaya. What it did allow was for Kaya to watch her child which was a great boon for her.

It was as she was putting the finishing touches on the dress that Kaya both heard the door open and the activation of her psionic ward notifying her that someone had entered her shop. So taking care not to wake her darling daughter Kaya placed the small crib next to the door leading between the back area of the shop and to the shop proper. Then the tall demoness walked into her shop and her eyes went right to her guest.

It took but an instant to take in all of the teenager in front of her. He was young to be certain, that and male. Kaya's main clientele had been very strong on the feminine side of things and her shop was very well known for such. It was a little confusing in a way. "Hello and welcome to Dark Arts Fashion. How can I help you today?" Kaya's singing voice carried across the space to the young man. If he was here for ill purposes she'd know soon enough.

He tilted his head in surprise as someone appeared from the back. All very tall demoness from what he could tell. "Thank you," he said giving a shy smile, he'd always struggled with social interactions, but she seemed kind enough.

The tentacle on his shoulder continued to sway slowly back and forth, "I'm James, I...uh...was hoping to get some clothes that won't tear when...well...," he gestured to the tentacle coming out of the hole in his shirt, "when that happens," he said with a slightly embarrassed chuckle.

James looked down at his clothes briefly, "and...I've come to realize my clothes a little.....meh as they say." He had no real fashion sense, he grew up on the streets, living in and old ware house, stealing for a living.
