It was that one day she dared to leave the site of Starlight Academy. The city of Manta Carlos, it had a similar appeal to it's older relatives. Towering buildings, long isles of road filled with motorised vehicles of all sorts, litters of humanoids and others crawled themselves around from place to place.
Savannah usually avoided the modern city for a number of reasons, the lifestyle in a city very much differs to one who lived in the countryside. In the kitsune's case it was because of the different eras. She clearly remembered a time when great walls were erected to safe guard a town, the people would travel by horse and cart and there wasn't ever a high end store that would serve their customers food on a plate. How times have changed.
She wasn't sure on what she was looking for. Probably something she can relate to, like an inn. It was a little strange to be able freely walk around without worry of scare and panic, somehow she found it less exciting not having to hide herself. There was no mystery anymore, everyone was a little different in very drastic ways here.
After what seemed to be an hour, Savannah had stopped in front of a bar named "The Hard Stag". It was quite the norm for a bar name, she was also thirsty so it worked out in her favour. The doors of the bar were pushed open, she threw glances around the moment she set her foot in. For a second she had imagined what it would have been like many years ago, a period of nostalgia.
Shaking off the thought she glided her way over to the counter hopping onto one of the stools, she waved for the one of the bartenders. The man behind the counter approached the fox girl, he gave her a look over. "You look too young to be here, how old are you?" He asked.
A light laugh came from Savannah, she dismissed him with a hand wave. "Old enough to mother every individual here." Was her reply. She smirked at the bartender whilst a hand dove into one of the side pockets of her dress, out she displayed her student ID. The bartender peered closer to make sure he didn't misread anything and clear enough he read her age, he looked over it a second time.
"My apologies, it's a requirement to ask if anyone looks underage." He informed.
The fox nodded her head. "Then I will have the bartenders choice of wine, do bring the bottle." She requested piercing her eyes at the man a little seductively. He needn't say anymore as he vanished to retrieve the wine, what it may be she'll find out in due time.
On the stool Savannah looked over her shoulder, there were some by what appears to be a pool table. A dart board was also seen close by. Bar games is what they call them, oh if they knew what sort of games were played back in the day. Dancing and singing on a table while drinking was always common. Typically the males would cheer on a female to dance, so they would offer their drinks and sing in her name. Her tails swished around her stool from recalling the memory.
