Tiger slipped into class silently, late as usual. Fortunately, the teacher didn't notice as she sat down next to a guy who was copying down answers from the board. Following his example, she did the same, leaning over to see what page he was on.
Suddenly, his binder fell off his desk into the floor. Tiger got out of her chair and picked up paper after paper. As she reached for the last one, her eyes widened. It was a drawing of an angel, and it was beautiful. She picked it up carefully, and stared at it. Then she handed it back. "This is beautiful," she said softly. "I draw, but not nearly as good as this." Tiger reached into her own binder and pulled out a page of doodles she'd been working on earlier, showing them to Nielle.
