Alrighty well Lydia is in charge of the Horseback Riding Club--which doesn't really have a lot of members BUT THAT WON'T STOP LYDIA AND HER HORSE ENTHUSIASM
The only idea I've really had so far is maybe Lydia could give some quick, basic horseback riding lessons to anyone who is interested.
