Scanning for lifeforms... catalog #1123959.

The purple robot flicked her eyes across the unfamiliar terrain. It was strange - or at least the definition of strange that VI knew - that for all her time spent here on Earth, she had never once climbed a mountain. A giant hill, in essence, of rock and snow and sometimes trees, or so she'd seen when she'd looked them up on the human network called Google. If she were to truly catalog the experience fully, she would have to be there.

So here she was - a purple android, almost marching to a dark forest. Darker than she'd imagined; but then again she'd found herself in this forest before. Vi soldiered straight on, looking around for any threats, watching calmly through the bushes.

The bushes that were covered in.. red webs? The appearance of this unfamiliar substance interested Vi, and she turned and knelt to examine it. Quite strong, quite red... quite unlike most spider species' silk. Perhaps it was a local species, then?

But spiders, no matter what breed they were - spiders never made a straight path like this. Among the bushes leading to the heart of the forest, tufts of red webbing were strewn around, seemingly making a beeline for... something.

And VI intended to find out what.

As a visitor would continue to follow the path of red webs, they would see very little in the way of dangerous creatures. Perhaps something had scared them off, the webs being the mark of a worse creature's territory. What was numerous however were creatures which would outright attack any other creature. Usually these ones would be prey. Deeper into the woods would lie a magnificent creation. There is a dome within a clearing, as big as a house. It was almost designed like a tent, with various parts of it being tethered to the surrounding trees and along what looked like suspension supports running across the biggest trees to keep the dome from collapsing into itself. If one were to inspect the surroundings, they'd see a channel leading from the dome, straight towards one direction into the forest, as if something had crashed there. That something would come in the form of a large cylindrical device located inside the dome, which has an opening as big as a garage. The device had heavy padding on the inside as well as some controls, buttons and switches, the door of this device was resting against it. This thing was an escape pod of unknown origins. But aside from the escape pod, there were plenty of other things found in the dome. To one side was a collection of alien tools, scattered haphazardly as if a fight had happened. Looking around, there would be more evidence of a fight: blood, torn-off fur, and two ripped off legs of the mechanical spider-woman that was laid out beside a pile of junk. The spider android had been torn up from large claws, but seemed to still have a little bit of power as the many eyes on its spider body were still dimly lit. However, the upper body, looking much like a human girl, had suffered damage that revealed its fully-mechanical interior. Blue sparks periodically crackle as the android's hands twitched.

The good thing about being an android, Vi mused, was that she didn't have much of a reaction to the prey or the curious lack of predators, nor to the feel of the red webs, which she traced through the bushes with her fingers. What did get a reaction out of her, though?

The magnificent, disturbing dome, almost as big as some of the living spaces she had seen. It was almost tent-like in design, tethered to the many trees surrounding it. Truly, well-built or well-projected. In awe - she was surprised she could even feel awe at this point - the lavender robot drew closer, cautious but curious. Who had built this advanced structure?

She got her answer right as she was about to trip into a channel of dirt, carved out from the very ground. Blinking twice, she bent down, examining the damage. Caused by friction force; size of trench indicates large object. Scorch marks discovered. Causes: crash landing.

Another alien? Or worse... perhaps it was raiders from her planet, attempting to collect her? Wary, Vi activated her fighting sequence, poised and ready for any sneak attacks, and ventured into the dome. Inside was a large cylindrical device - an escape pod, her programming theorized - no, confirmed. Something had crashed here. And, judging by the debris scattered nearby, it had put up a fight.

Yes, there had indeed been a fight, though not as organized as human war - bloodstains, torn-off fur, and two metallic appendages attached to - !

A giant spider?

Assessing the damage, Vi sized up the spider, examining it for a few seconds. Still conscious and powered on, as the spider's eyes were still dimly lit, signalling potential danger.

Even so, there was a part of the spider that resembled a human girl, her hands twitching and her body clawed and sparking.

She needs assistance.

Damaged to the point of being unable to move, Farea could only watch as a new creature approached her. This one looked similar to the first ever creature she saw, but sounded differently. She couldn't see very well with the damage she sustained internally. The visual feed from her eyes were discolored and constantly flickering. She prodded her motivator systems to get her chassis to move, and she managed to jerk slightly and then twitch. She continued to attempt movement, but a loose wire had made contact to another circuit and caused a buzzing that grew louder, ending with a small popping explosion from her exposed internals. Her lights went out for a good half minute before a faint red light glowed dimly in one of the spider eyes, as if to say that she was still functional.
