Sad & Confused

"She looked at the floor,"I was being stupid." she began,"You like Kacey more and I got so worked up...I-I....I'm so sorry." she hugged him tightly.

Ian put his arms around her, "It's okay." he said as he backed up for a second and lifted up her chin, "Don't lose hope though, because I'm just really confused right now, I don't really know who I like more." he said.

"Go With Kacey...I'll be fine..." she said smiling at him he kissed him lightly,"We have classes tomarrow...better get some sleep." she said and laid back at a rock.She looked at the stars the rain continued to fall.

"You don't get it.' he said, "I'm not sayign that out of pity." he said, "I didn't magically change my mind because you were crying.' he said, "I was thinking when I left the other day.' he said, "I like you a lot Ember." he said.

"And I like you alot too." she said still listening to the rain,"I was crying for I was hurt and being selfish." she said and smiled at him,"Like I said before I was being stupid."

"Don't worry about it." he said, "We all make mistakes like that." he said realizing it was still raining.

The rain slowed,"....I know..." she said sitting up her soaked cloths made her cold.She litt a fire with a few twigs and leaves.She placed a circle of large rocks around it,the rain stoped when shefinished,"Want to join me you must be cold too."

Ian walked over and sat near the fire. Yeah it was warm, but they were still wet, so he was cold still, thinking she might be too. "Want my sweatshirt?" he asked seeing as how he'd rather she be warmer than him.

"Oh.. Thank you." she said smiling putting it on,"Your sweet." she said looking at him.

Ian smiled, "Thanks." he said. He honestly, as hard as he thought, couldn't tell how he was goign to work all this out. First he liked Kacey, then she went out with Mikah and he began to like ember. then Kacey liked him again and he liked Kacey a little more, then they were equal, and now it seemed like he liked ember a little more. He was starting to get very confused and frustrated but kept it to himself.
