Running and Changing

"...If I had the power to, I would totally hurt her." Someone had said, and as Miranda turned the corner she saw... Who else but Beatrice. The girl thought to herself, rolling her eyes as she slowly creeped up to her. "Didn't think you were that low, Beatrice." Mir said, staring down at the girl currently seated on the bench. "But what else am I to expect from someone like you?"

"Someone like me?" Beatrice questioned the girl who had suddenly walked up, which was Miranda Nox. A rather weird girl in Beatrice's opinion. "What's that supposed to mean, Miss goth?"

Giving that last remark, Beatrice looked Miranda over in pure disgust. "I've never seen so much black. Clearly you have problems."

"I don't appreciate being called Goth, Miss Lavina." Mir replied with a bored expression upon her face. "Nor do I like being accused of having problems."

"Yes, well, we can't all get what we want now can we, Little goth girl." Beatrice replied, making a sound that was a cross between a snort and a giggle, as she shifted in her seat to lie down on top of the bench. "Why don't you run along now, I'm sure you've got some sort of classes to deal with. Some that involves changing skin color, hopefully, because you really need it." Beatrice said, staring over at the dark greyish tone of Miranda's skin. Little she did know the Nox girl's skin was, infact, normal... for vampires. "I mean, sheesh, haven't you ever heard of sun-light? Hello? Take my advice, a tan might even look good on you."

As Beatrice made the comment on grey skin, Miranda's eyes began to water. But thankfully she refrained from letting a tear trinkle down her cheek. "You're one to talk, Why don't you look in a mirror and check out your ugly white skin." She said, trying her hardest to keep the water works in, as she pointed to Beatrice's bare arms. "White as a ghost."

Beatrice closed her eyes and gave a soft giggle, after smirking of course. "I don't have to worry about my appearance, gothy." Beatrice replied, putting her hands behind her head as she lied on her back on top of the bench. "You, on the other hand, should. Skin like that shouldn't even be seen. You'll scare away everyone. Tell me, have a boyfriend?" She asked, probably far too casual.

"Why would I scare- And why- what business is it of yours if I have a boyfriend or not?" Miranda replied, quite puzzled by Beatrice's sudden change in topic. "It's none! That's what. None of yours at all." She said, staggering back a bit until she was flat against the wall. Beatrice sure knew how to confuse people, maybe even scar them.

Beatrice opened her eyes and sat up on the bench. "So, I suppose I'll take that as a 'no' then." She said, lightly laughing whilest shaking her head. "See? A guy doesn't even like you because of your skin. So, once again, take my advice... get a tan." Feeling as if she was finished here, Beatrice stood to her feet and walked past Miranda... Trying to bump into her shoulder as she went. "And just so you know... that night in the kitchen... you should have never interfered."

And with that, Beatrice made her way down the hall and out of sight.
