The electricity was weak, but it was still impressive as a power.
Which wasn't a good thing, considering the type of person Xavier seemed to be.

Xavier looked at his non-bionic arm and noticed the electrical sparks. "Whoops," he said as the arm stopped casting it's power. That was close.

Felix walked towards the door, trying to think of a way to end the conversation.

Xavier ignored Felix as he exited the room. At last... some alone time to finalize the plans before beginning phase one. He waited for Felix to disappear from his sights, so he simply asked "Where ya goin'?" He actually only wanted to know how long Felix was going to be away for... he didn't care about where he was going.

To be honest, Felix didn't care about whatever Xavier was devising. It was probably some ridiculous scheme to take over the world, or something like that.
Glad he did the right thing, Felix left the room.

Once Xavier saw that the coast was clear, he took out his papers out of his bags and started going over the plans. So far, he has visited the 'forbidden' area and saw that that was the perfect place to get started. He looked at the blueprints, and changed one of the numbers. It was just a small error in measurement. Apart from that, his plan, he felt, was perfect. Now... how to get started...
