Sandor entered at 9AM.
Ran into Box (WD), Ralf (Lazzy), Alwyn Cypress (Max)
Sandor read quietly until Box arrived, greeting him in a friendly manner. They spoke about school, and then when Ralf joined them a bit about aliens. Sandor tried his best to explain which movies were fake or not to Box, a difficult task. Inevitably, Sandor became flustered, confused as to how a fae could have gone their entire life without hearing a single story. Alwyn arrived, and after a bit more conversation, Sandor realized that Box had been fucking with him when he revealed he was familiar with and read Shakespeare.
Sandor blatantly called Box out for wasting his time, and then departed in a foul mood.

Box (WD): *floats out, keeping a distance from sandor so he can give him the letter when he finishes it, but still keeping sandor in sight*
9 mins ago
Box (WD): I'll write him a letter *pulls out a pen and piece of paper and starts writing. Very slowly.*
11 mins ago
Sándor Oláh: -leaves, not responding to box-
11 mins ago
Box (WD): Like i know the difference between books and the real world, but tv is kinda in the middle. News is real right?
Box (WD): Oh. I didn't mean too.
Alwyn Cypress: Yes another time then
Alwyn Cypress: Oh dear....
Sándor Oláh: -obviously upset, stands up- It was nice to meet you, Alwyn. Maybe we'll see each other again under better circumstances.
Sándor Oláh: -scowls- And yet you played dumb when I asked about the fae having stories or creativity. You could have said 'no, not as a child because the fae don't have any, but I read some recently and understand them'.
Box (WD): What was i taking advantage of? I know books aren't real? But tv moves like real people?
Sándor Oláh: ...Then... -frowns very visibly- Were you taking advantage of my kindness, then? I was trying to help you, and instead you've been messing with me.
Box (WD): Yeah i've read the shakespeares. They're a good source of insults.
Alwyn Cypress: No, I must be assuming too much *rubs chin*
19 mins ago
Alwyn Cypress: It can read.....
Ralf Drakenhardt: Eeh
Sándor Oláh: So hold on - you've read Shakespeare?
Box (WD): Billy shakespeare did have a way with the words i can say that.
Sándor Oláh: Shakespeare is far cruder, and with more metaphors.
5 Jan 18, 10:14 AM
Box (WD): First one was.
5 Jan 18, 10:13 AM
Sándor Oláh: That wasn't shakespeare
5 Jan 18, 10:12 AM
Box (WD): I've read the shakespeares.
5 Jan 18, 10:12 AM
Box (WD): You are a villainous snap-dragon, with a four inch wit, and a three inch weapon.
5 Jan 18, 10:12 AM
Sándor Oláh: -sighs at box, can only put up with so much of this-
5 Jan 18, 10:11 AM
Box (WD): I would beat thee, but I would infect my hands.
5 Jan 18, 10:10 AM
Alwyn Cypress: Thinking about it you're probably more prone to hearing it in Underhill
5 Jan 18, 10:09 AM
Alwyn Cypress: We had a good laugh
5 Jan 18, 10:09 AM
Sándor Oláh: I... must admit I haven't heard that word in a long while. Outside Shakespeare, anyway. -frowns a bit harder at Box- You shouldn't be proud of that, you know. -because, at this rate, he genuinely might not know-
5 Jan 18, 10:09 AM
Alwyn Cypress: Similarly holds a grudge against said friend because he got arrested
5 Jan 18, 10:08 AM
Box (WD): I'm a regular visitor at the police station. I hid a packet of biscuits under a filing cupboard.
5 Jan 18, 10:08 AM
Alwyn Cypress: He called my friend's daughter a "strumpet"
5 Jan 18, 10:08 AM
Alwyn Cypress: Oh I'm counting on that
5 Jan 18, 10:07 AM
Sándor Oláh: -turns to box, frowns- You shouldn't do that - you'll end up in trouble.
5 Jan 18, 10:06 AM
Box (WD): *starts throwing small change at alwyn* dance for me.
5 Jan 18, 10:06 AM
Alwyn Cypress: very familiar
5 Jan 18, 10:06 AM
Sándor Oláh: Oh, that... -can't really call any of it rude, considering the sort of things box said- I... see you're familiar.
5 Jan 18, 10:06 AM
Box (WD): My persistance is my best quality. I also have a fantastic ass.
5 Jan 18, 10:05 AM
Alwyn Cypress: His persistence is impressive
5 Jan 18, 10:05 AM
Alwyn Cypress: It's like a gust of wind
5 Jan 18, 10:05 AM
Alwyn Cypress: Oh I don't even notice it
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Box (WD): I mean he does call me vermin?
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Sándor Oláh: -glances at box- Please forgive him, he's compelled to insult others. He doesn't mean it.
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Alwyn Cypress: I have money
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Alwyn Cypress: I need a way to pass the time
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Box (WD): *starts laughing* even i have a fucking job. I pay my taxes.
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Box (WD): Wait. Wait. You don't have a job?
5 Jan 18, 10:04 AM
Alwyn Cypress: Ah a teacher at the school! I was considering teaching fencing courses. I may be in need of employment...
5 Jan 18, 10:02 AM
Box (WD): A knight as well. Do you refer to people as 'milady. Would you like a fedora?
5 Jan 18, 10:01 AM
Sándor Oláh: -gets knight, but misses most of the rest, simply because the bow- Sandor Olah, I teach up at the school. It's very nice to meet you.
5 Jan 18, 10:01 AM
Alwyn Cypress: Knight of the Hanging Garden Court *bows*
5 Jan 18, 10:00 AM
Alwyn Cypress: I am Alwyn Cypress
5 Jan 18, 10:00 AM
Sándor Oláh: Not from the film itself, no. You would have to look it up.
5 Jan 18, 10:00 AM
Box (WD): So theres kinda not really a way to know if what a film was based on is real or not.
5 Jan 18, 10:00 AM
Sándor Oláh: -notes Box speaking to someone else, and glances back, giving Alwyn a smile- I apologize, I didn't see you there. I don't think we've met?
5 Jan 18, 10:00 AM
Alwyn Cypress: . . . . I am allowed on campus
5 Jan 18, 09:59 AM
Box (WD): At least i'm allowed within a mile of a school @alwyn
5 Jan 18, 09:59 AM
Alwyn Cypress: =|c
5 Jan 18, 09:58 AM
Sándor Oláh: -fails to notice Alwyn coming in at all- Yes, that would be correct.
5 Jan 18, 09:57 AM
Box (WD): I mean i was never told stories when i was young. I got kicked out of courts a lot.
5 Jan 18, 09:57 AM
Alwyn Cypress: It's the little vermin
5 Jan 18, 09:57 AM
Alwyn Cypress: *shakes his head*
5 Jan 18, 09:57 AM
Alwyn Cypress: ...............
5 Jan 18, 09:57 AM
Box (WD): So like the things on tv are not real, but what in-spy-erd them could be?
5 Jan 18, 09:57 AM
Sándor Oláh: But is isn't a matter of thinking. Exposure to any stories when you were younger would be enough.
5 Jan 18, 09:56 AM
Box (WD): Erm... i'm just not good at thinking.
5 Jan 18, 09:55 AM
Sándor Oláh: -sighs- I... do not understand you, Box. Do the fae not have an understanding of stories? Do they have no creativity?
5 Jan 18, 09:54 AM
Box (WD): I mean i'm not dead so that would be a lie?
5 Jan 18, 09:52 AM
Sándor Oláh: ...Now.
5 Jan 18, 09:52 AM
Box (WD): Its this like now, or when i'm dead?
5 Jan 18, 09:50 AM
Sándor Oláh: ...Hm, think of it this way. If I told a story about how you died to someone, you'd still be real, but the story would be fake, yes?
5 Jan 18, 09:50 AM
Box (WD): Is there like a handy guide?
5 Jan 18, 09:50 AM
Box (WD): But some of the stuff in movies is real, like bigfoot?
5 Jan 18, 09:48 AM
Sándor Oláh: No movies will be real. All movies will be either entirely fake, or dramatizations... which are effectively fake, even if they have a nugget of truth.
5 Jan 18, 09:48 AM
Box (WD): So how do i tell what movies were real, and what ones weren't?
5 Jan 18, 09:47 AM
Box (WD): I brought a channel that's nothing but movies.
5 Jan 18, 09:47 AM
Box (WD): I watch a lot of TV.
5 Jan 18, 09:46 AM
Sándor Oláh: How is it you've seen the king's speech but you don't know any of this other stuff? It's a dramatization. It didn't happen like that, even if the story is based on true events.
5 Jan 18, 09:46 AM
Box (WD): But what about that movie about the king who couldn't speak proper? Is that a real guy?
5 Jan 18, 09:45 AM
Sándor Oláh: It really isn't hard. News is always read by people. If it's a documentary, they'll say it is. Otherwise it's fiction.
5 Jan 18, 09:45 AM
Box (WD): So stuff like that is real, but movies aren't?
5 Jan 18, 09:45 AM
Sándor Oláh: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
5 Jan 18, 09:44 AM
Box (WD): Like its easy to say that, but what exists and doesn't. Does the loch ness monster exist? The moon landings? Bigfoot? Goats?
5 Jan 18, 09:43 AM
Box (WD): I mean its hard? Like theres this vampire in school who sparkles, so whats to say that the movie isn't a real story?
5 Jan 18, 09:42 AM
Sándor Oláh: -makes a face- It is extremely concerning that you can't tell fantasy from reality.
5 Jan 18, 09:41 AM
Box (WD): I saw it on TV. On the same channel as the news. The news!
5 Jan 18, 09:41 AM
Box (WD): Also Arghh i didn't know they had space pirate costumes at eden, did they let you take it home?
5 Jan 18, 09:41 AM
Sándor Oláh: ...You mean in a movie?
5 Jan 18, 09:41 AM
Ralf Drakenhardt: Nah
5 Jan 18, 09:40 AM
Box (WD): they tried to kill arnold schwartznegger?
5 Jan 18, 09:40 AM
Ralf Drakenhardt: =|
5 Jan 18, 09:40 AM
Ralf Drakenhardt: ALIENS DID NOTHING WRONG
5 Jan 18, 09:40 AM
Sándor Oláh: Ah, you mean the explosion in Russia? A meteor, I'm afraid. It's entirely possible someone road in on it, but it was absolutely a meteor, based on the evidence we know of.
5 Jan 18, 09:39 AM
Box (WD): I blame aliens.
5 Jan 18, 09:37 AM
Box (WD): Do you know what the tunguska thing was. I found an article on it and its just super confusing.
5 Jan 18, 09:35 AM
Sándor Oláh: Human history is fascinating! There are so many interesting quirks, so many bizarre event.
5 Jan 18, 09:34 AM
Box (WD): I mean human history is kinda boring. Lots of wars. Henry the eightee was fun. What a player.
5 Jan 18, 09:33 AM
Sándor Oláh: Sort of, yes.
5 Jan 18, 09:33 AM
Box (WD): But you know, more kill-ey.
5 Jan 18, 09:33 AM
Box (WD): Like that play within a play in that hamlet book?
5 Jan 18, 09:32 AM
Sándor Oláh: That said, supernatural creatures have far fewer numbers, so we only see those things on small scales.
5 Jan 18, 09:32 AM
Sándor Oláh: -chuckles- More like, a group of werewolves and a group of vampires would have each taken a side in the war and used it as a proxy war of sorts. It's easier to hide a war within a war.
5 Jan 18, 09:31 AM
Box (WD): So like the british were secretly werewolves and those german dudes vampires?
5 Jan 18, 09:29 AM
Sándor Oláh: In many cases they parallel each other. Supernatural clans going to war using human wars as cover.
5 Jan 18, 09:28 AM
Sándor Oláh: We describe it as 'earth history'. We focus a lot on the narrow realms, but also focus on histories of larger species.
5 Jan 18, 09:28 AM
Box (WD): So how does history work here? So do you teach them like human history, or is it kinda everyone history?
5 Jan 18, 09:26 AM
Sándor Oláh: I'm teaching a variety of subjects. Math, English, History... so, mostly books, I would say? :pondersneko:
5 Jan 18, 09:25 AM
Box (WD): Well thats f*cking fantastic. So are you teaching them words, or like the older version of teaching words where you teach books.
5 Jan 18, 09:24 AM
Sándor Oláh: Excellent! I've met all my students, and all my classes are looking good this term.
5 Jan 18, 09:23 AM
Box (WD): Hows all that new teaching crap going?
5 Jan 18, 09:23 AM
Sándor Oláh: -glances up when he spots movement, closes book- Hello Box.
5 Jan 18, 09:21 AM
Box (WD): *floats in, infront of sandor* suuup count chocula.
5 Jan 18, 08:55 AM
