His blush never faded, it was hard to be a gentleman sometimes, especially during situations like this. "Did you want to change into something darker colored?" he asked with a chuckle, he looked back to her once she was covered. "Darker colors won't show through like white will," slow, they were taking things slow, he didn't want to screw this relationship up.

Gods she was beautiful and just so sweet and kind, "you're...really beautiful Val," he said, his blush fading a bit. He brushed a bit of hair out of her face, he remembered that night they'd messed around a little, how he wanted to make sure the next time was better, "I love you," so he'd be patient and never push her.

Alex waited, giving her time to change, him sitting on the edge of the tub, humming a song. "Hey...uh..Val," he looked to her as she returned, "thank you, for putting up with me," he grinned a little at her, happy to have her with him.

Considering Alex had already seen her body without the clothing, this wasn't so bad in comparison. And besides... "W-well... it's just the two of us, right...? I guess it's fine. I still have my bra on, so it's not that bad."

Cheeks flushed red, she diverted her gaze to the side. "I'll remember that next time," she said in reply to Alex advising her to wear darker colors so this wouldn't happen.

"I love you too, and... I should be the one thanking you for putting up with me."

Smiling, he wrapped his arms around her waist and gently pulled her close, "then we'll just be happy to have each other." Kissing her, he softly leaned his head against hers, she meant so much to him, being around her made him happy, but he hadn't told her a lot and he knew he should.

"I'll always be here Val," he promised as he took a breath, he'd failed others in the past, made trouble for those that he loved, he was going to do that to her. He wanted to do this right, hold onto her, never let her go. He'd lost enough to know how important she was.

She inched closer to him as he pulled her and also rested her head on his as he did so as well. This was really nice. She had gotten used to herself blushing all the time when she and Alex were close together. With him being her boyfriend, it meant she could do some things more freely than with other friends.

He gave her all the hugs she could want, and she didn't have to worry about overdoing it either. But the best thing of this was...

"Alex?" she whispered, looking at him. Fighting her nerves, she clasped both her hands on either side of his head and fixed his gaze on her. Her lips quivered, as if she wanted to say something but the words wouldn't come out. So instead of saying what she wanted to say, she simply pressed her lips on him, tilting her head to the side to avoid having their noses crash into each other. Her hands slipped passed Alex' cheeks as she wrapped her arms around him.

The kiss surprised him, Val usually wasn't this forward, he didn't mind though. His arms found their way around her as he deepened the kiss, enjoying the moment, having her close. She was special and he considered himself lucky that he'd found her.

So, the young coupleenjoyed their weekend together, enjoyed simply having each other. They were an odd couple by most standards, teenage werewolf and an older harpy, but they didn't care. They had each other and that's all that mattered.
