First, here's two totally new abilities
Third, I am splitting the bits about "divine energy" in her touch of destruction ability into its own passive section. I am adding that reconnecting with her past lives or being worshipped/feared gives her more of this divine energy, but otherwise it is staying functionally the same. I'm mostly doing this because it felt like a better way to organize/explain things.
Finally, I am also making other minor edits to her "touch o f destruction" that have no functional effect
"Touch of Destruction" will read like this;strikethrough indicate deletions that were not replaced, and bold indicates replacements.
Secondly, "Divine Resilience" is being renamed "Regeneration" and she will no longer have the ability to tap into her divine energy to regenerate faster.Passive:
Destruction Resistance: Riley's control over the concept of destruction makes her body more difficult to destroy. Her skin is unnaturally resistant to (but not immune to) cuts, stabs, firearms, and fire. Her bones take much more force to break or fracture than a human's, and her muscles are just as resilient. Her eardrums cannot be damaged by explosions or loud noises. Her ability to bruise / bleed internally or receive a concussion is not affected.
Any worn clothing will also benefit from this - it becomes substantially more burn-resistant and tear-resistant.
This effect is suppressed if Riley is unconscious, if she runs out of divine energy, or if she actually wants to get hurt (such as to receive an injection).
Active:
Explosive Force: Riley can generate fiery explosions within three meters of herself. She can control both the shape and intensity of the blast. One of her strongest concentrated blasts could punch a hole through a metal safe or a reinforced concrete wall. Her strongest undirected blast could knock over a car.
She cannot be directly injured by her own blasts. However, she can intentionally point a concentrated one at herself to propel herself - this is difficult to control, and while the blast itself wouldn't hurt her, she could still collide with something.
When Riley is prepared to use this power, her eyes will begin to glow - but she doesn't have to use the power if her eyes are glowing. If she makes a gesture with her hands or a held object while using this ability, it's easier to aim and focus the blasts.
Regeneration: Riley can recover from injuries much faster than a human can, and she can recover from injuries humans can't. Minor cuts and scrapes can be seen knitting together in under a minute. Broken bones will be healed in under an hour. Limbs can be re-grown in several days. Riley can even recover from injuries that would be fatal - as long as her head or her heart is still relatively intact. She only needs one, not both - if both are destroyed or removed then she will die. Severe brain damage can be healed in a superficial sense fairly quickly, but her cognitive function could take a week to recover.

"Touch of Destruction" will read like this;
The new "divine energy" passive will read like this:Touch of Destruction:Riley has the ability to destroy things by touching them. If her hand is in contact with an object, she can cause it to violently disintegrate, with the possibility of pieces being sent flying away from her. Riley can also choose to annihilate part of a larger object. For example, she could destroy a small cross-section in the middle of a pencil, snapping it in half.
Organic living things will not be annihilated by her touch, but they can be seriously injured. If she attempts to use this power on an organic living being, she will break bones and/or cause serious bruising.
This ability is a larger drain on her divine energy than anything else. If she attempts to use it when her reserves of energy are depleted, she will destroy parts of herself in the process. The most she can annihilate at once would be something the size of a city bus..
Divine Energy: All of Riley's supernatural abilities are fueled by a divine energy.
It normally recovers fairly slowly, but by engaging in or watching acts of vandalism or destruction that don't rely on her powers, she can gain this energy much more rapidly. She can also gain energy by being worshipped, feared, or respected as a Goddess, or by reconnecting with her past lives. She can tell when these things are giving her power, and it feels somewhat satisfying.
Using her supernatural abilities will expend this energy, and if she runs out, she can't use them (except for her touch of destruction, by destroying herself).
