Riding Around

In light brown riding boots, a plaid shirt, and jeans stood a girl. She being seventeen, with good and bad experiences with horses. She entered the stable, with her blue and white plaid shirt tucked into her denim blue jeans. Her hair had been straightened, but in a fairly new style today. It was in a french braid, which her aunt would put her hair in to chop off her messy blond locks. Taryn licked her light pink, lush, thin lips and cracked her fingers. She walked down to her horse and smiled at her beautiful steed. "Well hello Shadow," she spoke warmly. She held out her hand with a sugarcube rested on it. Shadow took it and Taryn led him out of the stable slowly. She stroked his dark mane down to his creamy light brown color. She hopped on and began to ride him, gently mudging his sides with her foot to make him speed up. While down the trail, she heard a voice. She stopped Shadow, and looked around. Who had said that?

The sound of hooves were on the trail. It was a steady beat, but you could tell the horse was in trot. The horse was black and white, and was combed and the mane was also combed down, and it was a little short like it was cut. On the horses back, was a a boy, of the age eighteen. He wore simple black jeans, and a black t-shirt, with nothing on it. He also has a black trench like coat on. At his side is a sword, the is beautiful and slender.

He was following a trail that was small, only one horse could go through at a time. Fury, was riding bareback, like usual, he only used a saddle when he needed it, but right now he only had reins to control the horse. He leaned forward and whispered into the horses ear, and it threw its head up and neighed loudly, and Fury laughed, a cheerful, happy laugh, it was rare when he would laugh like like, him being always angry.

"Your a good horse, Flick." Fury said, in a light cheerful voice. "Now, show me how fast you can run!" He said in a louder tone, and he hit the horse on the shoulder with the loose reins he had, and suddenly, Flick jumped into a gallop. The trees rushed by them, they almost hit a few, but the horse dodged them easily. They soon broke out of the woods, and out into a wide valley, far off, the barn a stables could be seen, but they didn't go there, they continued to gallop in the valley.

Taryn, not seeing anything or anyone, shrugged and turned her head back toward the trail. She clicked her tongue and nudged Shadow's sides and he began to move once more. A soft, yet toothless smile played on her lips, as she felt a gentle breeze flutter her hair. She shut her eyes for a moment, which seemed like infinity in her own time. She was daydreaming yet again, without realizing where she was going. She saw a boy take the place of the pitch black in her eyes. He had a soft tone of brown hair and green eyes that looked like to lilypads floating across water. He was the most beautiful boy that Taryn had ever daydreamed about. An abrubt hault brought her back to reality, her attention snapping immediately to Shadow. "What's wrong?" she asked her noble steed. She looked up and realized what was ahead of her. Sparkling water glittered with sunlight sprinkled atop the surface. The sight of the water gave Taryn the chills, and she couldn't bear to look at it. She licked her lips and pulled Shadow away from the water. "Come on Shadow, thanks for the warning," she said in a soothing voice, feeding him a sugarcube for a thank you.
