Appearance Description:
Richard, or better known as Dick, stands at a towering 6’3” and thus is noted to be quite a lot taller than the noted average height for men. His build is considered to be quite well kept for his age, as his body doesn't quite have a six pack, but is almost there. As a result of his constant work on his arms at the gym, his arms are quite well muscled and built. He also has been carefully weighed in at 185 pounds. His chest, which did not have as much attention put into it, still has the untrained look and as a result sports a slight "man-boob" that he could never seem to rid themselves of. His legs, much like his arms, are quite trained and lean as he runs quite a lot.
Dick tends to have a compulsion to dress nicely. At almost any given time you can see him wearing at minimum a button down shirt, vest, slacks and relatively nice shoes. His blonde hair on the other hand, is relatively unkempt and as a result it gives him quite the rough look. Only on one occasion will he actually wear casual clothes, and that is during a funeral as he considers suits and other items are for nice occasions and regular clothes are worn to mourn and mop the tears that you cried up.
His eyes are solid brown, yet to cover himself from the glare from the sun he can be seen wearing a pair of blue tinted sunglasses. He is also equipped with a lighter and a pack of cigarettes, that he can be seen using quite regularly.
Personality Description:
Richard's usual actions in front of strangers portray him as anything other than a dick. He as a person is quite mannered and tries to treat everyone with respect. This to many extents can be considered to be a decent trait, he actually uses this as a way to create distance between himself and the people around him. He finds it to be quite easy to be as courteous as possible, for the most part, as he knows it is easier to deal with a happy person than an angry one.
That being said, with those he is friends with or hates, he starts to show how unrefined he actually is. He has a machine gun for a mouth that can fire curse words and slander one after the other. His demenor becomes rougher and the pleasant facade that he once had falls away. Even his normal person to person speech starts to show rough spots. He can be so rough with his spech that even sailors wouldn't speak like him.
Other than that he actually has a soft spot for people around him, and even though he may dislike someone greatly he still will go to great lengths to help them, though at times covertly.

As all of the 1942 Australian half pennies is his domain, he knows where each and every Australian half penny that is stamped with the fortuitous 1942 is as well as the name and age of anyone who is currently touching one. Another small thing he can do is alter all of the text and images on the pennies other than the stamped date of 1942.
+Immortality:
Dick will no longer age or die, pretty simple right? WRONG. Dick can only re spawn under 2 different conditions. The first is that after a natural passing of about 3 decades he can re spawn naturally, without any strings attached. The second is that he can respawn at an altar dedicated to him after 7 days of death. This ability has a caveat though, as his altars require a 1942 Australian half penny, a circle of salt, and either the blood given by a willing god (including himself) or a church full of willing followers of his religion or ideals. The consecration of his altar using the blood of a god, sadly, can only be used once per god. If a Demigod were to consecrate the altar with blood it would count as their parent who consecrated his altar with blood.
It is important to note that if an altar is destroyed, he will lose the ability to respawn at the altar regardless of if it was created by a god or his followers. Going along with the theme of broken altars, if he has no more altars to respawn to he can either wait the 3 decades before naturally respawning or respawn at a new altar if someone were to create one after he had died.
The last thing to note, if Dick dies after his limb is cut off, he will not respawn with the limb that he had lost. No blemishes to the skin will regenerate after a respawn either (ie. scars).
+Discount Midas Touch:
Dick can turn an inanimate object into 1942 half pennies at a single touch. The amount of half pennies created will automatically come the closest it can in total mass to the mass of the object he that he changed into the aforementioned half pennies. He can only transmute something up to exactly his weight or height. Unlike Midas though, He can turn it off.
-Curse of the small domain and godhood:
Dick sadly has a small and specific domain, and as a result is almost constantly at risk of becoming an irrelevant God without a domain. Since he knows where each piece of his domain is, he is also capable of knowing if pieces of his domain has been destroyed. As a result, his divine power causes him to feel true agony each time one piece of his domain is destroyed intentionally, the smaller his domain gets the larger the amount of pain he feels. This inverse relation can become dangerous as if his domain becomes small enough, he could actually experience enough pain to die from just the shock (his domain has to reach about 50% of its current size). There is also a problem with him having a too large domain, as if his domain becomes too large without a proper sized worshiper base, he starts to lose control mentally and physically as he does not have enough divine energy to cover a large domain without a substantial amount of followers. He would actually lose the function of his limbs starting with his legs, then arms, then he would lose the capability to have a cogent thought. The best analogy of this is that if you are focused on one task you can get it done quickly and efficiently, but if you have to do two tasks at the same time your performance lowers greatly. Eventually, you would be incapable of finish any tasks as you have too many things on your plate. The equivalent would happen to him and his domain. Eventually if his domain becomes too large, he would be locked from using his own domain until he finds a way to lower the size of his domain.

If a person amasses enough 1942 Australian half pennies they are capable of forcing him to follow a single order that he is capable of following through with regardless of if he wants to do it or not.The only limitation other than what is possible within the scope of Richard's powers is the limitation that you are not capable of forcing him to destroy his own domain.

Richard's mother died during childbirth, and as a result he lived his whole life with a single father on the island. His father, being a huge World War 2 buff and lost for words when he lost his wife to his newborn son, gave Richard a name that reflected the two things that had made his life happy the Dicker Max (a tank from world war 2), and his wife Chelsea. As a result he was christened with the name of Richard Chelsea Max, and was nicknamed Dick. As a result, Richard always had made it a point to introduce himself as Dick and had gotten into fights with those who vulgarly thought that his name was indeed a reference to male genitalia. He wore his name as a badge of honor.
Throughout his childhood, he was taught many things by his father, for example how to cook, how to clean, how to study, how to fight, and basic common sense, but his father never actually found it important to teach Richard the intricacies of language and as a result from a young age he learned how to curse and act in a vulgar way. His vulgar actions were later corrected by a "aunt" ((he may call her his second mother with all her nagging)) of his. She and his father apparently went to Starlight Academy together and had grown a long lasting friendship to each other. Richard looked up to his aunt, an accomplished woman with a long standing want to see the world exhibit a lot more "class". He was taught by her the use of mannered behavior in public, and to this day still does so in order to avoid the silent castigation he could expect from her.
He had been born with no abilities, and as a result was not sent to Starlight himself, which contrasted with his father's family who were all decent Ki users. He had been forced to learn how to use his family's martial art. As a result, he had been constantly reminded how weak he was in comparison to the rest of his family. In fact, his family members and apprentices at times would even suggest to him that his existence was worth less than the one that he replaced (his mother's).
The metaphorical dam that had been holding back his anger eventually broke, and at the age of 19 he tried to fight the people who insulted him. To keep it short, he was sent to the ER and spent the next 6 months healing his injuries.
After he healed, Dick became obsessed with becoming strong at any cost in order to prove his family incorrect. He explored any avenue that he had open to him. First came the sketchy pills that did nothing but hurt his growth, next came the injections of unknown materials into his body to no effect, eventually he ended up in a dark alley with a seemingly young child with a wicked glint in his eye.
After talking to the honeyed words of the child and learning that he is a wish granter, Dick decided to make his wish to this shady young child. Earlier that day, Dick decided to buy a few snacks from a vending machine to stifle his hunger. After a bit of consideration he decided to buy two bags of Hot Cheetos. Sadly though, the person who had stocked the vending machine had not been paying attention and accidentally put a hot cheetos pack on the Cheetos' space and as a result Dick had accidentally bought one bag of hot Cheetos and one bag of ordinary Cheetos, which he hated.
Richard munched on his bag of hot cheetos as he considered the "child" in front of him. He was straightforward with his wish. Richard asked "Can you make me into a god?" He was then asked "What are you willing to give." At this point, Richard made a choice that he would regret later, he offered his bag of regular Cheetos. The child took them, gave Dick a smirk, and then said "Congratulations, you are now the God of the 1942 Australian half pennies"

Richard is actually quite embarrassed about his domain and as a result he actually tries to come across as a normal human with the ability to create money.
He is super innocent. Even though he may say foul things, he has never been in a relationship before.
