I have no character as of yet. I was in the process of having one reviewed but it never got verified because I had to take a leave. I wish to start over and create a new character.

There is no advantage to restoring people before they are ready to post, so no.

As mentioned in the first post:

If you are inactive: Please post in this thread, indicating if you are making a new character or if you want characters restored. If you are making a new character, please have their app ready before you request. There's no advantage to being active while working on your application. Restored characters need forms filled out as usual.
