He winked. "Thanks." He looked around. "So, um - anyone up for a race?" He grinned maliciously at the two girls. His - 'powers' would give him an unfair advantage in any footrace, making him almost always win (unless someone used their powers against him, which he'd been told was against the rules on the grounds).

He pointed to two spots and said, "From there to there. See you at the finish line," he said, winking and grinning. He rushed over to the starting spot and waited for his opponent.

Bobby grinned. "The rules are...go!" He took off, instantly becoming a cheetah - the fastest land mammal in the world; almost as instantly, he was traveling at a speed of roughly seventy miles per hour - and since the target was only about three hundred feet away, he reached it within seconds and clumb the tree. He was just lying down on one of the higher branches of the tall oak tree when he noticed a blur of motion at the bottom of the tree...
