"It's okay. It doesn't hurt any more. Really." Petrova assured her. "I promised I'd teach him how to swim, but I'll guess I'll have to post pone it, eh?"

"I promised I'd teach him how to swim, but I'll guess I'll have to post pone it, eh?"

Cordelia looked down at Setsuna, then back to Petrova. "Yeah. We'll have to post pone that..." the mother said through gritted teeth. She didn't mind that Petrova was going to teach her son how to swim at all, but she was still rather angry at him for being so careless.

Setsuna hung his head, shifting his weight somewhat then looking back up. "I'm sorry, Petrova," he said sincerely in a quiet tone of voice.

Petrova's anger melted away when he apologized. "It's okay, Suna. You didn't mean to, and I'm okay. So far." She said comfortingly. "May I go now?" She asked, turning to the nurse.

Like, dur. Petrova thought. "Of course. Thanks" She said sweetly. She stood up. "Thanks." She told Cordelia.

Cordelia blinked. "What are you thanking me for?" she asked as she made her way over to the exit. Setsuna followed his mother, looking back at Petrova as he did so. He really did hope she didn't hate him, but it seemed doubtful since she was still going to teach him how to swim.

Petrova shrugged. "I'm not exactly sure. It just seemed like I needed to say thank you." She explained a little awkwardly. Of course Petrova didn't hate Suna. She smiled slightly at him when he looked back.

She would still teach him how to swim as well, but only if he promised to leave his poisons behind.
