Appearance Description: Her right eye is a clear light sky blue while the left is a green, while your farther away they look the same color, but once you get closer, within 8 feet then you can see the difference, white yet tanned skin, not into skin tight clothes but more basketball shorts, tank tops with some kind of think jacket if its warm, jeans that aren't skin tight, hoodies, t-shirts, sweats and leather jackets. That isn't to say she wont wear the skin tight clothes lots of girls wear or look girly, but she usually doesn't. Long silver white hair, 5'2", 120lbs of muscle, her ears are slightly pointed (like in Lord of the Rings), but not dramatically so.
Personality Description:
Rayne is a quiet girl usually but if you become her friend you will see she is out going, fun to be with, loyal and helpful to those close to her. Having been backstabbed many times in her life, she wont be trusting anyone easily, though when she does, don’t break it because you will not get that trust back. If you piss her off then she will be a jerk back and probably ignore you or get in your face, but if you are nice to her, then she will be nice to you back. Enjoys helping out her friends as well as music and reading so that’s what she will be doing at least 70% of the time, otherwise she is practicing. Doesn’t forgive easily and doesn’t forget quickly believing that to earn forgiveness it needs to be fought for as well as forgetting, to do whatever you can and override the bad with the good. Her pet peeves are when people smack the gum in their mouth, chew with your mouth open, whine like a little girl when your over 15 years old and being an attention seeker. If you annoy her she will speak her mind and tell you that to get you to stop or just walk away.

Supernatural grace: Just the way she moves. No stumbling, almost like floating, though Rayne makes herself tone it down some usually.
Supernatural beauty: She was born with it, though she doesn't flaunt it so its not always a sexual attraction, but even those of the same sex can be attracted to her.
Agelessness: When Rayne turns 26, give or take a few years, her body will stop aging. This doesn't make her immortal because she can still be killed, she just doesn't age.
Disease Immunity: Can't get sick from the cold to cancer and STD's
Weaknesses:
Rayne found out she was weak against Iron. Not so much like the Fae are, but if kept in contact with it for long periods of time, like a cage, she will get a major headache and feel very weak, basically unable to move much, and be unable to use any powers or ability. Touching it will burn, but it feels very hot at first before getting hotter and hotter before it does burn. Also, being in contact with it, will not allow her to use her powers or ability, though the smaller the amount of iron she is touching, the size of a ring, the more she can fight back though the fuzz it creates and perhaps use a power if she absolutely needed too, life or death situation. Anything bigger and she cant fight it.
Rayne has to be around nature daily, like sitting with her back to a tree to read, or laying in the grass soaking up the sun. Longer than a few minutes, more like an hour or so. It keeps her energized and strong. Without a daily dose of being around nature, she will get sick and weak, unable to use her powers.
Another weakness are the dark elves. She would take more damage from a dark elf then she would another light elf like her. She could negate their attack yes, but it would cost her because of the force she would have to put into it, cutting her active negate time down to about half.
Powers:
Shape-shifting: Rayne can shape-shift into creature she wants too so long as she has studied it for a while before she shifts into it. Once she has shifted into the creature one time she no longer has to study that creature. She can have all the creatures strengths, like a being as strong and large and fly like a dragon, or be as small as a fly, regrow a body part like a lizard, but she never gets their abilities. She would just be a normal non fire breathing dragon or lizard, nothing special. The weakness in this is that the larger the creature, like a dragon or war form wolf, the less time she has to stay that way. Anything normal size she can stay like that for 1 or 2 days depending on the energy expended before and after the shift, but larger then normal, the mythical creatures she can be that way for about 1 hour max. After that she would have to sleep for almost a full day to regain her strength to shift again, though it would close to half a week before she could shift into anything that big. Another weakness is that when she shifts into something big, her clothes shred and when its smaller than her, they don't and she can walk out of them. The shift can take between 10-50 seconds depending on the size of the animal and how much she has changed into it before.

She was an only child, boredom happens a lot. This resulted in being punished and while in most families with was grounding or getting yelled at, in hers, it was different. You ended up getting a leather belt to the back or you had your powers and abilities blocked off from you for a long time, which made you feel like you were missing a limb. At first it was her powers and abilities being blocked off, but as she grew older her parents decided to use the belt instead. She learned quickly to listen to the rules...or just not get caught. Around the age of 5 her mother started to make her learn how to play the violin and piano, which she did of course, but as she grew older and started to quickly learn the instruments, she was given a guitar as well, though her mother didn't approve, she loved to drum and learned that on the side. When she wasn't practicing her music like her mother wanted, she was practicing her powers.
School for Rayne was in a neighbors house with the other kids in their small community away from the city life. The community was with other supernatural beings so they could be themselves there, but had to still be careful of people driving through or stopping to hike in their forest like park. When she started middle school, you would always find her either playing sports or reading books on creatures. See, Rayne learned one day after school, having had a week to study a snow leopard for a project, that she could turn into the snow leopard after having thought about how cool it would be to just be that animal for a day. She felt tingles and then some pain, lots of pain for the first shift before she realized that she was on 4 paws and had a tail, rather than 2 feet and hands. Testing the theory out later, she read up on the atheris hispida, a very venomous snake for almost a week before thinking of it and shifting into it. So excited she started reading as much as she could about different animals so she could shift into more. She never told her parents about this power of hers since they would have tried to control her more through it then what they already do with her abilities. During school, Rayne was classified as a nerd because of how much time she spend reading, not just book on other creatures mind you, instead of going out a shopping or flirting with the guys in her grade, or better yet, the ones above them. She had friends yes, but it wasn't a big group of friends, just close ones. She never shared her ability with anyone outside her group of friends, she didn't see a reason for other to know her business.
A few times when she had shifted, she would sneak out of her house and walk around the town, at night of course, or the park near by. She made the mistake one time while shifted as a normal house cat and actually had some teenage guys and girls throw a trash can over her before she could run off. She could have shifted back, but she knew it was stupid if she did, being naked and surrounded by lots of people didn't sit well with her. No one could predict what would happen that night, but they grabbed her by the tail and the scruff while one of the guys held a lighter in his hand before setting her back fur and tail tip on fire before they let her go, laughing. Saying they had let lose a cannon with how fast Rayne ran. To this day she has burn marks along her back, though its not bad, its enough to know she was burned good. She learned to be more careful that day, and be aware of ones surroundings, she was 12.
Rayne came to the island when she was a freshman in high school. Some of her friends left later on, growing up and just not keeping in touch though she sees them on the island, but its high school now, her senior year and she really just listens to music and reads when she has the time since a lot of her friends want to party or shop or flirt or whatever else. She more laid back. Rayne can be found either somewhere on the grounds reading under the shade of a tree, in her dorm messing on her computer, drawing somewhere quiet, or the music room mostly, though that's where you should probably start looking. Rayne also likes to run, so checking the paths is probably a good idea.

The field is always close to her, within a foot so its just the mind manipulation, mind readings, emotion powers, and touch powers that don't work on her, though if she wants she can expand that field to about 10 feet, but it takes a lot of energy to do and only does it if someone is attacking her. She cant hold that expanded field for more than 10 minutes at most and by then her she will start to get a bad headache and probably end up fainting. When she pushes the negate outward, she cant use her powers as well, which leaves her vulnerable to those that can fight well without them.
