Raphael's useless ability gets retconned

I'm retconning Raphael's active "Clothes-Shifting Pins" out of existence. That section will be removed. His clothes will now work like just about anyone else's are assumed to when they magically shapeshift (they just kinda fuse into him or change a little bit, as appropriate, with no special enchanted pins needed)

I never decided to do anything fun with the idea that if he's not careful he could shapeshift and completely screw up his clothes, and since it's not doing anything fun and it's needlessly complicated, why have it?
