Random race (cont...)

James, not wanting to make himself look stupid, lied to Chris and said "No, no, just admiring the view..." It was fairly obvious that he was lying: he was hesitating and he trailed off at the end of his sentence.

James looked at the ground and tried not to look at Chris. "Yeah" he admitted. "I lied. I told you, I only arrived yesterday."

James looked at his watch and realised that he was late for a meeting. "Uhh, sorry, no, I have to go." he said hurridly. He ran of in a random direction, which by chance took him back to the academy. He knew which direction he came from somehow.
