Kyako teleported herself onto the roof, glad for the peace and quiet. Her day at school had been hard and boring. For a moment she wished that she were back at her old orphanage. But that wasn't possible.

The sky was clouding up but Kyako paid no mind. It may begin to rain while she was up there, but in was already raining inside of her. She pulled her sweater more tightly around her as she hugged herself. It wasn't that it was cold out, Kyako just liked wearing sweaters.

She sat down on the ground and stared sightlessly off into space.

He stood at the top of the stairs, hand silently touching the knob. It levitated one inch off the shiny object, while it's owner blankly stared in front of him.

Akane had been here before, he just didn't know what was stopping him from opening it, revealing a rush of great wind, and whatever was there. His last experience up on the roof involved him, a sytch, and a murder maniac; he didn't want another like that. One was enough for him in his life.

His hand airily griped it, the other testing on the door, pushing it outwards. As said, the roof greeted him with a damp rush of wind, accompanied by rain. Oh, so it was raining now, was it?

He glanced around at the relatively empty rooftop, spotting a girl nearby, looking out at the stormy horizon. Not knowing what to do, or what to say; he took several steps towards her, sort of changed his mind, and then again, finally agreeing to sit several paces from her.

"Hello," he greeted, looking at her for a brief moment, then looking back to stare at the clouds.

Taryn tapped her chin with her index finger, looking up at the sky. She was wearing basketball shorts again, along with a red t-shirt and a maroon and gold sweatshirt. She shivered at the feeling of rain and chewed on her lower lip. She swallowed down the dry lump that had been stuck in her throat, and shuffled her feet on the floor. She was sitting on the roof again. Taryn pulled her knees to her chest, but ignored the conversation brewing a few feet away.

Kyako started slightly when a boy spoke to her. After a moment she looked over at him. "Uh, hello." She looked around for the first time and spotted a girl not far off, but didn't do anything but look back at the boy.

Volke had noticed some movement on the roof from a slight distance. He had, afterall, been perched on another roof, one that didn't really have a door leading to it.

He had been lounging in the rain for some time now, his hood was up, but it hardly stopped the rain. Curiousity got the best of Volke once again, and he found himself wondering what the people might be doing on the roof in the rain.

He focused on the roof above the door leading back into the school, and within a second, he was looking down at the people. Not a sound had been made, and now, he sit and wait for someone to notice, if anyone did at all. Volke was, afterall, quite nicely hidden, with the various sections of the building casting their shadows over him. His Crimson orbs gave off a slight glow from behind his silver strands.

There was company; he expected to hear his brother swear incessantly, then remembered he was off somewhere doing nothing. Well, for a fact, he didn't care about company; as long as he got to care about nothing...

No, really; nothing was adding up so he was just out there watching clouds, in the rain. Drizzling.

He felt like saying something in reply, but he had always been bad at conversing with people, and opened his mouth several times before giving up on saying anything.

Well. He felt empty. That was the only thing he knew.

While looking around, Kyako spotted what looked like another person on the part of a roof a bit away from her and without thinking teleported herself to sit next to him. She didn't speak, only stared.

"Evening" Volke said without looking at the person who appeared beside him.

Judging by the fact that he didn't hear her coming what-so-ever he decided that this person must be some type of teleportationist, or at least had the ability to do so.

Another dead give away was the sound of rain pelting someone other than himself at such a close distance.

Kyako nodded. "Hey." She stared out over the open space. The blowing wind knocked against her sweater but Kyako paid no mind, for her mind and thoughts were elsewhere.

"What brings you up here?" Volke asked without looking at the person who had appeared beside him.

He judged it was a girl by the sound of her voice
