The beeping sound of the alarm woke Ai up making her sigh. Another day at school, another day she might get to see her boyfriend. Yet another day that she went without much word from her family. Stretching Ai got out of bed and covered the distance from the place of rest to the dresser where the alarm was beeping until she turned it off. Ai smiled a bit as she looked around at the decorations she use to help her meditate in the morning. there were statues of her brothers, and tapestries on her walls depicting her sisters. Or at least the Zodiac animal they were connected to like herself. Looking around the room she felt particularly drawn to the Ox which was representing her eldest brother. Standing in the center of the room she faced the Ox and she began to calm her mind and let her spirit wake while her body went through the steps of stretching and smoothing out her energies.
It wasn't until she was on the final few steps of her morning ritual, as it always seems when an interruption arrives. When she heard a knock on her door. It might not be the best day after all if this was how things were starting out. With slumped shoulders Ai made sure her pajama shirt and long flanel pajamas both in a wool grey, her golden hair a bit of a mess still from only recently being awake but there wasn't much she could do for that but she went to her door and opened it even as a yawn took control as she spoke. "Hello?" Blinking the tears away from her eyes from her yawn she caught a glimpse of a familiar face before things devolved from there.
