So in my High School, there was a whole gym that was available to use after school hours for members of the public, and the swimming pool also held swimming classes for children. In Universities, I think the same principle applies to the libraries, you just have to do more paperwork if you're not part of the student body or faculty.
I'm mainly just interested in the grounds and the library. =) Is it possible for civilians outside of the school to use it?
