Allie decided she needed to practice her kick boxing and she wanted quietness so she came to the cliff hoping to get a good day's practice in....

She started by practicing her fast kicks and punches letting all the stress of the day go...

Jordan was looking around the cliffs when he saw a girl kicking and punching the air. She was tough! "Whoa, that's awesome! Is that like karate, or what?" He wasn't a karate person, he was a surfer.

Caitlin had followed Allie up here and was suprised at he friends skill. "You're doing great Allie!

"No it's kick boxing, I was a champ back home of course that was a small town so that didn't matter, Names Allie and this is my friend Caitlin." She said smiling....
