Practice

Marine finally got up to the highest cliff:300 feet high and very narrrow.She got a
picture of a falcon in her head,and took the jump.....falling.POP!She flapped her
wings and gained altitute at an amazing rate.Alighted on the cliff and changed
back to human form.Resting for the next jump.

Marine got ready this time she was going to try picturing it after she jumped.She hadn't yet noticed Everto.Then,she jumped.waited a few seconds and.....falling.....falling.She wasn't going to change into a flying thing but a,POP,a rock.Marine was practiceing all of her shapeshifting not just on animals but non-living thing(But she was a living rock)POP!
She changed to a hawk and flew to the cliff.

Marine didn't even turn around,because she didn't have the energy. He didn't know how much energy it took to change from live,not,and then live again.He didn't know the nightmare she had.He didn't know that she didn't even have the energy to talk.

Marine still did not reply.She was saving her energy to fly off to the Lake.Hoping Everto would not find her there.She almost had enough when the question struck her like a slap "Because......because!"POP!With that she flew of toward the Lake.
