Havoc made the briefest, vaguest attempt to follow along--to try and comprehend a fourth dimension--and then gave up. He didn't care.

"Yes, that's acceptable," he said, ignoring the bizarre tone of voice. He'd said is it, so it was a question, wasn't it? And even if it wasn't a question, Havoc didn't care about that either. As long as the poster was hung, that was alright with him.

"You're a teacher?" He asked, uncertain if he'd just happened to find a random fourth dimensional being by chance.

More tentacpes appeared with tape which attached the poster to the wall. Soon, the deed was done and the tentacles disappeared.

"Yes am university professor of linear algebra. Communication does an easier when in classroom with language charms, so do not do worries of cannot teach students." He could understand why humans would be incredulous about him being a teacher, with all the difficulty he had communicating with them. He was better suited to being a dorm parent, he thought.

The military would have a fit, Havoc decided. More then that--anyone would have a fit. No one in America could have wrapped their heads around Manta Carlos, let alone around the thing in front of him.

An extra dimensional being teaching algebra.

"I see," Havoc said. He knew precious little about Algebra, and didn't care to learn either. "Thank you for your assistance in hanging the poster."

It was in the correct place, and what was what mattered, right?

"It was not of difficult," Goodall said. Have a day of niceness."

His sunglasses holding tentacle seemed to 'bow' at Havoc before disappearing into nothing. Down the hallway, the door to the staff room closed.
