General Wanted:

Zheng Qing

Find his profile here. Jiang Zheng Qing is an ages-old immortal dragon god, faculty at the Academy, and resident dorm dad.

What I'd like:

• Dorm kids! Qing's kids are all within the 15-18 age range, so if you have kids you'd like to be under Good Adult Supervision, Qing would be happy to take them. More information found here, on his Dorm Kids Group page.
• Friends: Qing needs some friends his (apparent) age, be they colleagues, citizens, or college/graduate students. Immortal (or long-lived) friends will be less likely to be thought of as kids, but Qing treats everyone equally regardless of lifespan.
  • It would be interesting to have a student not know Qing is a teacher and form a friendship with him, since Qing doesn't look like a teacher (or have the airs of one) unless he's actually teaching
• Actual students: if you think you've got characters who'd be interested in learning mandarin Chinese, Qing currently teaches classes on that.
• Ships are not an option for now. But if one happens to develop organically, I'm down for it.

Wen

Find her profile here. Ye Wen is (yet another) god — the god of music — student at the Academy, and one of Qing's dorm kids cos im weak for dorm kids.

What I'd like:

• Friends!! Wen is not the type to make friends left and right, but she's at least friendly with everyone. I just want her to get to know more people in general.
• People to make things for: She can enchant objects so I'd like to IC/ly show that ability in use. If your characters want anything as gifts/commissions from her, hmu for a thread yesyes.
• Worship/Shrines: One of her things is that shrines/worship gives her more power; kind of like a level up (temporary and permanent, depending on the type). This would mainly involve either building a small shrine or regularly offering up prayers/music for her. Not much actual commitment in terms of devotion, though.
• Studybuddies: Wen is a highly studious and motivated girl. She doesn't need company to study, but I think it would be nice for her to have a group of friends that she can primarily study with, but also go out together with.
• An Outgoing Friend: Someone to drag her out to go and do things and get a life.

@Zora that would be neat! Wen high-key needs to go out and do things and Bel seems super lovely :-) how do you think they'd meet?

@Kada neat. In that case, Wen and Jasmine could end up developing a friendship where Jasmine's the more outgoing of them? I think Jasmine could teach Wen a few practical things related to her scouting stuff; in return, Wen can share info about the supernatural things she's seen, and maybe make magic items with Jasmine? Qing would also be down to teach her mandarin, yes.
