Umiko can be found often in the Residential Area, doing chores for neighbors. Sometimes he may find himself doing some small shopping or enjoying of different kinds of entertainment.
@GrimRPer I was thinking the school might be interesting since it immediately gives them a reason for why they're interacting and a conversational topic. What kind of entertainment does Umiko partake in? That might also be a good starter.
@GrimRPer I'm just struggling to think of a way they'd encounter each other because of that. I could update Besom to say they've gotten governmental assistance to have a home. During their walks they might see Umiko helping people around the area frequently.
