Clement had always found school to be rather fun. He had barely been allowed to experience school before living on the island, and ever since starting had enjoyed putting his all into it and pleasing his teachers with his progress. He didn't understand why he didn't exactly "move up" into new classes like some others seemed to do, but he knew it had something to do with his not aging like others, and was okay with it regardless since he got to be "special" (for once, he had overheard his parents calling his classes "special education").

At the moment though, he had just come out of a class - math, to be specific. Clement didn't like math as much as his other subjects, since all the numbers were hard and sometimes made him cry. His teachers were very patient though. He liked his teachers very much. As of now, he took his mind off math and started to wander through the halls a bit, observing the people passing by and wondering if he'd see anyone he knew.

Grabbing some textbooks from her locker for her next two classes, Azucena spotted a very familiar figure wandering down the hall towards her. Watching curiously as he approached her, Azu wondered if he would notice her or not.

"Hey there Clement," Azucena sided up beside her brother quietly to surprise him as he instead walked by her, obviously distracted by a group of loud demon jocks shouting about how they were gonna crush some rival. "Ignoring your sister already," she teased him.

People were very loud, Clement thought to himself, as he passed by a group of people much bigger than him who appeared to be yelling about something. People who were big and loud had a tendency to scare Clement, so he walked by them in a bit of a hurry in an attempt to avoid having them in his senses. However, as his walking slowed, he was startled slightly by the sound of someone saying his name.

Turning around, he looked up and saw someone very familiar, yet rather surprising standing next to him. A wide smile spread over his little face, as he looked up into Azucena's face and bounced up and down on the balls of his feet. Clement rarely ever got to see his sisters at school, since one had work and the other was in a much different grade from him. Thus, seeing Azucena here made him extremely excited.

"Azu! Hi!" He clasped his hands and shook his head, oblivious to the fact that he was being teased. "I didn't mean to ignore you. People are... big. and loud. So it's hard to see." He looked at the books she had just been grabbing, and babbled on with his five year old curiosity. "Are those your books? What are they for?" The answer should have been obvious, considering they were in school, but he asked anyway just to hear the answer.

Azu smiled warmly at her brother - hiding her amusement from him - as he spoke. It was kinda funny and cute at the same time that he took somethings, like Azu's gentle teasing, as something so serious. Giving him a quick hug, Azu laughed at his questions.

"They are textbooks," she pointed out. "I have World Geography," she said as she held up one book, "And Literature," she explained as she showed Clement her book of modern day poets - some from MCI and others from beyond the veil.

Clement nodded very slowly as Azucena listed out her subjects. While he was aware of what they meant, geography and literature were still very big words to his five year old mind, so he concluded that sister Azu must indeed be very smart. He observed the books and their appearances very closely, deciding they looked very important and he would remember them for later.

"Those sound like big words. You take big smart classes."

He smiled in appreciation, then had an exciting idea. He'd love to learn more about what Azu was being taught, and decided he'd very much enjoy it if the other would teach him some things about what she was learning. As such, he stepped forward with a light in his eyes and began to speak with a happy tone to his voice.

"Hey! This is school, isn't it? So will Azu teach me stuff? I wanna learn about the kinds of things you do."

"Not really, they are just big people classes," Azucena told her brother when Clement said that she took "big smart classes". It was nice that he thought that way of her, but she also didn't want to mislead him. She knew it was important to be as open and forthright as possible with them.

"Teach you?" Azu said as she looked at Clement kinda surprised at the suggestion, but really quite pleased too. She was always the "boring" sibling - at least in her mind - all the others had some neat power that could entertain Clement, but she didn't. She was the oddball of the group without any magic or skills. All she could do was read to him books, draw pictures or tell stories - all rather normal and boring compared to Tanzi shapeshifting into a cute rodent or Rani who could spin webs and make or do amazing things with her webbing.

"Are you sure?" she asked him then, not sure she'd not be awful at it or bore him.
