Susan looked over at Jamie before shoving his arm. She smiled innocently at him before spinning around in a circle. "I like this place." She said, grinning.

——-

Geoff grinned evily as he set another stick on fire.

((Sorry, short))

[[We're just ordinary people...we don't know which way to go...take it slowwwwwww ]

Jamie grinned and shoved her back. "I can tell by the way you're acting like a nut case." He teased. He'd picked up on a bit of the modern day slang. Not all, but some.

The fiery red head walked through the woods. She hadn't seen Damien-nor Tristan- in a few days, and frankly, she was worried that Tristan had done something nefarious. She decided that She would go look for him, but just then, she saw someone building a fire. And that someone was smirking evily, in a way that made her think of Tristan. "Are you sure that's a good idea? The fire could spread, you know." She said.

Mockingly appalled, Susan gapped at him. "I am not a nut case, Jamison!" She thought about tackling him to the ground and wrestling with him, but decided not to today.

At the voice, Geoff started. He turned to her and shook his head. "It's a wonderful idea! And no it won't."

Jamie kept grinning. "Sure. That's what they all say." He replied with a smirk.

"But it could. And I don't see any water around. Brielle retorted. "It would be better if you didn't."

Susan shook her head at him. He's so imature, she thought, though she was only joking. She loved him like a brother. Well, she also liked him some in a romantic way, but she would never admit that to anyone. Susan was happy they had gotten to 2007, but a part of her wished they were still back in the 1700's, on a ship with all the other pirates. A bittersweet smile spread over her face.

Geoff shook his head. "I can control the fire. At any given moment I can make it disappear." He did so then just to show her he could.

Jamie kept walking, not saying anything. He wasn't actually thinking about anything in particular either.

Brielle rolled her eyes. "Yeah, well, you're still insane. Just don't do it, okay? Cuz I'm sure your power has a weakness and it'll probaly get out of hand and blow the whole world up or something." So she was being melodramatic. But the guy was acting loony.

"You think we're ever going to get back?" She asked softly, battling with herself over whether she really wanted to go back or not.

Geoff glared. "I can if I want." He breathed fir that came within inches of her face.

"Maybe someday." Jamie replied, a little wistfully.

"No you can't. I can go get the headmisstress." Brielle said, feeling like a tattle-tale, but her expression remained smug.

Susan smiled. If he thought they would make it back, she believed it. There wasn't much he said she didn't believe. Maybe she was gulible, maybe she just trusted him.

Geoff rolled his eyes. He doubted she would. "Nice nails," he sneered sarcastically.

"So, have you met many people here?" Jamie asked.

Brielle looked at him confusedly. She glanced down at her hands. "What are you talking about?"
