Ian was silent and waited for what she wanted to say, seeing that she was looking for the right words to use.

"Oh just forget it." Kacey said giving up, she crossed her arms. Becoming more and more frustrated with herself.

"Okay." said Ian wishing he knew exactly what it was she was going to say, but not wanting her to say it if she didn't want to.

"There must be something wrong with me." Kacey said thinking aloud, still quite frustated with herself. "Definitely something..." She said.

Ian looked at her, "What?" he asked being both confused, and still curious as to what could have been on her mind that she wanted to tell him.

"Nothing, nothing. Everything is fine." She said, as if nothing happened, trying to push away her feelings, to forget them.

"Okay." he said and shrugged, "So, what do you want to do now?" he asked.

"Um......I should go I have some things I have to do." Kacey said, wanting to leave suddenly. She felt like she had embarrassed herself and leaving sounded like the best option to her.

"Umm..okay." said Ian wondering if it was something he did. "I guess I'll see you later." he said as he stood up.

Kacey left without saying goodbye. She just felt like going somewhere alone, she needed to think about thing.
