Heyo SA. This is Talion, he's a healing angel focused on emotional and psychological damage, she he's looking for people to help.
When he heals people he creates a mental link with them, through which he can directly treat the damage. He also has an aura that causes temporary relief for psychological/emotional damage. He's unlikely to use his powers without permission so them becoming friends would help the plot along but not always necessary.
Now, his powers have a number of affects on him, mostly he picks up bits of the damage he heals, but also people can become addicted to him and Talion in turn can become addicted to them if he's treating them.
