Mimosa was sitting at an easel, a brush in her hand. As she lay strokes of paint unto the canvas, it was as if the world around her had shut off.

She weas nearly finished now. The scene depicted two people, dancing on a frozen pond. In her opinion, she felt it was beautiful - one of her best works.

She only wished she could share this moment with someone.

Now that right there is quite impressive.
The voice belonged to a male who seemed to be leaning back, hands in back pockets, admiring her work. He grinned lightly as he tilted his head to a side.

I love how you captured their expressions.
He said lightly. Jace had never been one to bother with being shy when he had something to say. He smirked lightly at the girl he didn't know, passing his hand behind his ear to make sure the penil he always had there was still where he had left it, his sketchbook lying over a messenger bag on a stool not too far from him.

Mimosa turned and blushed. "That's very sweet of you." She'd never met this boy before, but he seemed really nice. He wasn't too hard on the eyes either.

She noticed his sketch book. "What are you drawing?" she asked innocently.

Just stating facts m'lady.
He said with a boyish grin and then shrugged.

I'm not drawing anything yet buy I can show you something I drew before.
He said with a smirk as he went to his messenger bag and brought out what could just be considered a small blue feathered dragon with a peacok-like tail, the creature was so small that he fit on the male's palm. Jace grinned lightly.
I was bored this morning and the idea of this little fella wouldn't leave me alone.

Mimosa was mesmorized. The creature was positively beautiful. But he created it...? "You...made him? He's so beautiful..." she mused aloud. She looked into the boy's eyes. "May I touch him?"

Jace nodded.
I drew him.
He explained with a grin as he extended his hand, having the small animal blink at him and walk down the length of his arm to reach her.

If you want, you can keep him.
He offered.

Mimosa blushed. She took the little blue dragon in her hands. "Thank you." She stroked him. "I have no idea what to name him..."

She smiled as the small dragon snorted. "He's very sweet. And you're not so bad yourself. What was your name?" she asked, a playful grin on her face.

He laughed lightly.
I'm sure he would be delighted with any name you could decide on him. He seems to like your affections.
He said with a light grin.

He smiled at her and bowed playfully.
My name's Jace. Now I didn't catch your name my lady.
He joked, showing such by winking at her mischievously.

Mimosa smiled. "I'll call him Virgil then. After the poet."

Blushing slightly, she looked him in the eye. "I'm Mimosa."

Interesting name.
He commented as he tilted his head to a side and Virgil followed his action by imitating him. Jace laughed.

He heard her name and grinned.
Now that's a pretty name. Fitting.
He said off handedly.
