Outlaw Bar

Started and run by Mr. Sampson himself in the seedy underground of Manta Carlos, the Outlaw Bar lives up to its name. It's a haven for the more unsavory criminals that no other bar allows in. Of course, money matters and cash speaks, so you're safe as long as you're in these walls.. provided you don't cause too much trouble, property damage, or look a little too delicious while doing either of them. The owner can only subsist on human flesh, after all- and he doesn't take to feelings or empathy. This isn't to say he won't be polite out of his duty as a business owner, he'll just be really sassy about doing it.

The walls of the Outlaw are charmed by a few less than morally sound witches. Anything overheard within the bar can't be spoken about by a third party. This makes it a great place to cheat on a spouse, or make plans to rob a bank or kill someone. Whatever, Othello doesn't care. You do you, boo.

Despite the less than savory atmosphere and general feeling of unsafety within the bar, the drinks are phenomenal. Regardless of Ollies inability to get drunk or enjoy his own drinks, he does know his way around a shaker- though most of his patrons are a "whisky neat" kinda fella. The menu is expansive, despite this, and anyone can find a drink to suit their fancy. Ollie takes pride in his work and will happily work with someone to find a drink they like if it ensures a repeat customer. After all, that also ensures more gossip for him. No one has to know that the charm the witches cast includes him as an exception.
