She walked along the waters edge as if she hadn’t a care in the world. The wind was blowing her hair, and her loose dress all over the place. She simply smiled and clutched the book in her hand, a romance novel, that was already being clutched tightly, tighter. She stopped and looked out over the simple landscape of the lake. There were a few kids playing on the playground with their others close by. It seemed there was a soccer game going on between a few boys a little further away. Kole’s eyes drifted to the sky. The sun was at the almost about to set stage, you know when the sky is still pretty bright but you know that the beautiful sunset will be coming soon. She sighed happily then continued her walk.

She was heading to a spot she often when to when she wanted nothing more then to be alone and think. Kole grinned. It was a well hidden spot, someone wouldn’t normally think to come looking for her there but at the same time she could see all that were coming towards her. It was a tree, her spot, one of those perfect climbing trees that about four branches up seemed to have one of those spots made for a person to just sit there and enjoy hours of peace and quiet. Kole's smile grew as she slowly neared the tree. Her footsteps also seemed to quicken as she became more impatient to get to the spot.

Finally. Kole bushed the branches aside and walked into the small opening in a set a bushes that they seemed to make beneath the tree. Kole looked up, looked for that spot where she enjoyed sitting. Grinning she began climbing.

Delilah skipped along the border of the lake area, passing behind the trees in her typical cheerful mood. She had decided to wear something a little more subtle rather than her usual burst of colors. She was wearing a simple short black skirt, a white v-neck shirt and a thin green jacket. The day was quite a windy one, so she had tied up her long black hair into a high ponytail with one of her many ribbons; she chose a pink one this time.

So, as the girl skipped along the edge of the lake area, so quickly found herself bored. When doesn't she. She never actually realized how quickly she'd get bored after doing something by herself. With a loud groan, Delilah plopped herself against a nearby tree and thought of what to do. She could go and hang around with the little children by the playground, but they were just so...young. Then she spotted another girl walking around the edge of the lake. She looked around her age, and most likely went to the Academy too, so off she went.

Delilah watched for a wee bit longer as the girl walked over to a tree and began climbing. Interested, Delilah skipped on over to her and stood at the bottom of the tree with a smile, looking up at the girl and said, "Hello!"

She fell. And not just anywhere, but through the branches she was climbing on and right onto a very hard root. Kole groaned and stood up. She rubbed her backside slightly trying to get the “I just fell out of a tree and landing on a root” feeling out of her muscles. Sighing she bent down and picked up her book she had lost on her way down. She got surprised and went through things, and she didn’t even notice the girl in the midst. Right then and there Kole proclaimed that daydreaming was created by the devil to get her into trouble. Frowning Kole looked upward and turned her attention to the girl who had surprised her. "Hello. Umm...did you just see that...?"

The second the girl began to fall from the tree, Delilah clapped her hands over her mouth in the typical -OH MY GOD- sort of way. She knew that the reason the girl fell was because of her sudden appearance. She should have tried to catch the girl since she was so close, but that just slipped her mind. And she was also surprised at how she was so close to where the girl fell that she didn't get hit.

Anyway, as the girl pulled herself and rubbed her backside, Delilah quickly went to her side to aid in any way she could. "Oh my god, I am so sorry! It's all my fault you fell."
