Oswald has a smaller than average height and build, all to his choosing. He stands at 5'6. Not massively short, but still below average. His height is likely an unconscious decision due to his timid nature, but he wouldn't change it anyway. He has a smaller, thin build with absolutely no muscle. Again, reflecting his more timid nature and lack of desire for fights. He is made of a shadowy substance, but has the features of a face and ears, but no mouth. Is biologically genderless.
His skin isn't actually skin, but a shadowy substance that feels soft, like your hand should be going right through him. It is a dark black all over his body, with the exceptions that where eyebrows should be, there are white markings which act as his eyebrows.
Oswald technically doesn't have hair, but the top of his head is styled to have short, messier hair the exact same shade as the rest of his skin. It actually moves like hair and feels a bit silkier compared to the rest of his body, giving off the idea that it is indeed hair.
In the place of his eyes are white dots/markings which act like his eyes. He sees through them just like usual, and is able to blink. His eyes can change shape a little bit to indicate different emotions.
Oswald is indeed able to wear clothes. His usual attire is a white dress shirt, black jeans and black boots. The sleeves of his shirt are usually rolled up. Over his dress shirt, he wears a buttoned up yellow short-sleeved jacket. He wears school uniform when attending school and looks basically immaculate.
In his 'nightmare demon' form, roughly the same height as a cat with a body looking very similar to a rabbit. His body is still made of the same shadowy substance as his humanoid form. His fur appears jagged and sharp, but has the same feeling to it like his hair. His eyes are now big and wide, and glow dimly white. The claws on his paws are quite sharp, along with his teeth. He is still unable to talk in this form. Is faster than he is strong, with the build to run rather than fight.
Sometimes, at anywhere on his body, will be little shadowy blobs! They have their own little faces which are capable of expressing their own emotions!
Personality Description: Oswald is an absolute softie. For someone who is supposed to be half-nightmare, half-demon, he's just nice. He is usually polite and nice to people he first meets, and is overall curious like a child. He can be rather naive and innocent at times, and has a great amount of guilt misleading others.
As a greed demon, Oswald would experience greed like all other greed demons. However, his desire for material objects and power is a lot less than other greed demons. His greed is relationships. As soon as he starts becoming close to someone, he become extremely clingy with the refusal to give space or to let go. He considers falling out with someone the same kind of grief as losing a loved one. He is very obsessive over his relationships with people, and can get angry if others threaten those relationships. He is hesitant to give things away anyway because he would rather keep all of his possessions, but he becomes downright possessive of objects and other things given to him by other people. You could give him a rock and he would still have it 10 years later.
Active Abilities: Nightmare Demon Form - Both demons and nightmares are capable of having alternate forms, usually stronger than their human/humanoid forms. However, Oswald’s form is a slight mix of the two. He is far faster than a usual rabbit in this form, and is a bit more resistant to damage. His teeth and claws are quite sharp, but he doesn’t gain any extra strength. A bit more resistant to light in this form, but weaker to holy symbols.
Form Changing - In both forms, he is able to apply alterations to his appearance. In humanoid form, he cannot change from a humanoid appearance. However, he is able to change height, body shape, age appearance, gender appearance, face shape and hair at will. However, he is, for some reason, unable to form a mouth. Due to this, he is unable to speak. The only sounds he can make are echoey type sounds. In his nightmare demon form, he is able to change his size and appearance of his fur. He is also unable to speak in this form, but he does have a mouth. To counteract this, he speaks in sign language, or uses his phone to type messages.
Soothing Touch - A mild healing effect applied by placing his hand on the affected area. Is able to heal small cuts, grazes, and minor burns, and significantly reduce pain. Can begin the healing process for more severe wounds and burns, and provide pain relief, but not able to fully heal.
Communication Charm - Due to the fact Oswald can't talk naturally, he is in possession of a communication charm which allows him to speak. It's a weird sensation for him since he has to somewhat will himself to make the echoing noises he usually can make while also thinking words.
Passive Abilities: Immortality - As a hellion, and as a nightmare, Oswald is immortal. Technically already being ageless from his nightmare form, he does not age so he will not die from old age. He is slightly resistant to illness and poison, but is still affected by both. If he was killed, he would respawn in greed hell. After a couple of weeks to reform himself, he can go back to Manta Carlos.
Little Buddies! - An unusual trait due to Oswald’s greed and his nightmare form, little shadowy blobs can appear on his body. They happen mostly randomly and require a lot of effort for Oswald to make them appear himself. They can move around on his body freely, but are not able to leave from his body. They can extend from his body, for example they can extend from his shoulder down to his hand. They don’t seem intelligent, but rather give support and affection to Oswald. Each individual blob fades away after a couple of days.
Weaknesses: Light and Holy Symbol Weakness - Light-based attacks do significantly more damage than regular attacks or magical attacks. They can also burn him. He has a general sensitivity to light, and walking around in sunlight has the potential to kill him or severely burn him. Holy symbols of any kind are also capable of being lethal to Oswald when used on him. If killed by certain holy symbols, there is the risk that he will not respawn in greed hell, thus killing him permanently. In his nightmare demon form, he is slightly more resistant to light due to being slightly more demonic in this form, but is weaker to holy symbols due to this very reason.

When he was born, he was born capable of being fully formed, and was named Azekan by his mother. But, it quickly became apparent that Azekan wasn’t really like his mother. He was rather timid, and was humanoid in form, even in the realm. Even being able to change his form a bit, he remained similar to a small child. He was timid, curious and rather soft. This finally ended up with his mother throwing him out of their nightmare realm.
With at least some semblance of care, she left him on Manta Carlos when he was the age of 9. He was registered, and when he was asked his name, he decided he wanted to be called something else. But, still feeling a great sadness at the separation of his mother, he didn’t want to let go of his name. So, he chose the full name of ‘Oswald Azekan’.
Starting at the school was initially tough for Oswald. Partly for his stubborn determination to go during the day, and his peculiar mix of demon and nightmare. Another issue was that he couldn’t talk, due to being unable to form a mouth. So, he began teaching himself sign language, while also receiving lessons from a teacher. He very rapidly improved with the language, but a lot of people didn’t know how to read sign language. But when he got himself a phone, a teacher recommended that he could use it to type out messages to show to people. So, Oswald started doing that, even when no one else was there. He did this to improve his efficiency so he could get responses to people faster. This made him able to maintain conversations with other people easier.
During his time so far at school, he discovered some of teaching classes. He found the theory interesting so he did a few. However, most of these classes were during the day and Oswald often got burns attending the classes. Even with the assistance of an umbrella, it was tough. To his luck, he was able to learn a mild healing spell. It took him a couple of years to really get it to work, but he was over the moon when it finally did. It could only be applied by contact, and it could only really heal Oswald’s mild burns, but he was really proud anyway.
Throughout the years, Oswald has made his physical appearance roughly the same to others his age, despite the fact he could just appear younger or older. This was mostly because he liked the feeling of getting older, of growing alongside friends and classmates. Plus, he felt uncomfortable look younger than everyone else or older than everyone else.
His biggest difficulties so far have been his obsessive clinginess and occasional material greed streak, appearance of powers and abilities, and the general plights of being a child or teenager.
