Kotah walked into the cafeteria with his head hung low and his hair covering half his face while it still managed to flow restlessly behind him. His hands were pocketed in regular, straitlegged black jeans. He was washing his other outfit at the moment and wasn't too happy with that. He hated having to wear something else since these clothes weren't custom fit, nor do they have zippers for him to play with to keep his mind off of things. Instead, his shirt was a plain black t-shirt that hung loose on his lithe frame.

He plopped down with his food at a table. There were people to either side, though a few seats down. He only stood out to those with a slightly better sense of observation.

He sat still a moment, looking at his food, then looking around. He wasn't at all hungry, but haddn't eaten in a while and since he was to be keeping up his training, he needed to force himself some nurishment. He sighed and put an elbow on the table and his head in that hand. His other hand reached into a pouch on his leg and withdrew a single acupuncture needle. Studying it nonchallant, he tapped the end of it with his index finger and watched a spot of red seep onto the surface of his skin. He quietly watched it slowly form a soft shield as to keep it from spreading; instead, he applied pressure on the pad of his finger, letting the blood spread into a larger drop until it slid a little. Once again, he watched it slowly form another soft barrier. He tried seeing shapes in it like people do clouds, but grew tired and licked it off the end of his finger; a ring was left where the partial clot connected to his skin and he stared at this before going back to his food.

A boy walked into the cafeteria, he wore black pants, with a dark navy blue shirt, covered by a white dress shirt the first two buttons of which were unbuttoned. He casually walked to the counter accepting whatever looked eatable, he noticed a alone guy and decided to try and make friends since after the last school he had no one to laugh about the whole class dancing the hamster dance. The encore led up when the principle joined along. Sadly they got fed up with his charm and kicked him out of the school. He liked the idea of making people dance the hamster dance at random and most embarassing times.

He walked over to the table sitting across from the boy who had just licked blood off his finger. He sat down. "Hello, your someone I don't know. So hi, I'm Mez someone you don't know. But that's okay because now you know me. Okay well you looked more sane then the other people and also the blood thing kinda conviced me you'd be fun to talk to." Mez could be a bit annoying with his odd cheerful yet noncheerfulness, yet he was a person who got to the point and quick.

Kotah's eye twitched as soon as he heard the man's voice. Kotah chewed on his lip while still watching his finger before he spoke up. "Technically, I still don't know you since all I know is your name." He put pressure on his finger till it started bleeding again. "Dangerous isn't always the same as fun. With a school like this, why would you want to start a nonchallant conversation with someone facinated with blood?"

Kotah was still staring at his finger and applying pressure till it slid down his fingertip and threatened to drip onto the table.

"Well... I'm not one to go and sit with weak people, plus you look somewhat intellectual since you sat near people to avoid people. Anyhow, you have got really red blood. Sweet. So what's your name or do you feel I'm not worth hearing your name." He said watching the boy's blood, it was kinda amusing like his hamster dance only red and the blood was liquid.

He wondered what this boy's power was did it have to do with his facination like his own? He had discovered his power with his facination, good thing too it was addictive. But anyhow he knew enough to not go and kill people with his powers or overdo it. He knew his powers could cast a backfire if overused. Like after the principle started dancing everyone danced for hours but he saw his eyes sparkling and he hypnotize himself. He learned his lesson considering the principle passed out from lack of energy and most other students did too. He was the only one that lasted five days straight of dancing.

Kotah's eye twitched again at the voice. So annoying...

Kotah wondered while he watched his blood start to soften to his finger again. This kid must have a pretty irritating power, judging from his attitude. Maybe I should do something before he decides to... The dark voilet portion of his iris pulsed slowly as he gazed at his own blood.

"Kotah," was all he said and the only warning he gave before he flicked the drip of blood on his finger at the guy. Having the Fear curse attatched to it if it struck, it solely depended on mental stability to keep the target from running in fright. The very least it would do is cause a rush of adrenaline and maybe get his feet to twitch.

The blood hit him, he looked at Kotah confused... "Um... You trying to stain my white shirt or something." He shook for a second tapping his fingers on the table. He was too dumb to know fear. "So um... sorry about the way I came and all, kinda bored. I usually play pranks on people, thought you might be a interesting type to become friends with since it's funner to have a inside joke." He said toying with the food on his plate.

Ever since he came here it'd been boring, nothing happened he didn't feel in the mood to hypnotize people to dance since they all ended up beating him up after and there was no friends to laugh with. He just wanted someone to talk to that wouldn't start acting like he was a complete nut for enjoying something like the hamster dance to where it was like a obsession.

"Um... You trying to stain my white shirt or something."

Kotah's eye twitched furiously behind his hair.

"I usually play pranks on people, thought you might be a interesting type to become friends with since it's funner to have a inside joke."

"What kind of pranks...?" Kotah's tone changed slightly, hearing that word. His thoughts went to the fall festival. Between Misfortune, Enelya's work in progess, and whatever this guy had to offer, he was sure he could conjure up a time no one would forget. "Why are you even at this school, anyway?"

"I got kicked out of every school I've ever been in. It's quite funny the lasting impression I leave." He chuckled. "May as well tell you now, I'm a hypnotist I hypnotize people with a word or too, depending on where I am and how many people I could use a shining thing or just my eyes to make them do my wish. But I mainly make them complete fools and hypnotize them to do the hamster dance. The funny thing is they can't stop." He chuckled.

"I discovered my powers in school for having the teacher start dancing the hamster dance, it was quite hillarious seeing he totally stunk and the class was just staring at him."
