Lorenzo didn't know why he cared. Before Angelo had decided to adopt a houseful of kids, he would have said he missed the life. This was different, though. This was personal. His heart was pounding, his fingers were shaky, and his hands were clammy.

He debated between going to one of the Rosales warehouses or the manor itself but had opted to go to the manner, after determining that he wasn't exactly sure on the location of this warehouse or if the new leader would even be in.

Some of the kids had stayed back. Some of the kids had decided to stay with the gang. It was to his understanding that one of the older kids was running the damn thing now.

When he got to the manor, he hesitated several long beats before using the buzzer at the main gate. He cleared his throat.

When asked to address himself, Lorenzo said, "I'm Lorenzo Moretti." He paused, "I'm, uh, one of the guys who helps take care of the Rosales siblings who left?"

Vidi had holed himself up in the study for the whole time, asking not to be disturbed unless it was urgent. A part of himself felt more in comfort studying his Zoology homework than anything, in the silence of the room with nothing but the sound of the pages turning. He would have been ready to bite of the head of the person that turned up at the door if they hadn't mentioned there was a guest searching for him.

Normally, he would dread having to leave his solitude but at the mention of Rosales siblings he would have dropped anything he was doing. The person gave him a look for a moment, as if questioning Vidi's decision to allow the guest into the mansion, but chose to say nothing and instead turned away to pass on the message and allow the guest to pass the gates.

The hellion would have then met the guest at the front door, not letting him walk further until he'd greeted him personally. Vidi's expression didn't give much away other than a level of expectation but his body language was more guarded in comparison. He'd never met the man -- at least as far as he could remember so he didn't exactly want to pour all his attention but regardless of that, he was still a guest in the household.

"I expected it was Angelo coming here," he greeted rather stiffly. "So, what do you want?"
