On the roof in the rain.

Shiva goes on the roof but it is raining. She starts to go back inside but then relizes, Hey I can practice my powers here. She unfolds her wings and flies up into the rain. Shiva flies in place and touches some of the rain drops. They automaticlly turn to ice. She folds her wings and dives down and unfolds her wings at the last miunit. The water she froze is just getting to the ground as they fall before her she touches them and catches the water in her hand.

"Thank you." Shiva said turn red which you could barely see through the thickening rain."I have never gotten a complament on my magic. What are your powers."
