Services:
This is an ordinary legal office. The main attorney, Arthur primarily works in criminal defence, but is also qualified for civil affairs such as land law, property law, and family law. The offices are acquainted with the supernatural needs of Manta Carlos's citizens and cater to their specific needs.
Location + Hours:
The office is located in an office building on the northern end of downtown Manta Carlos. The office is on the top floor, with large windows that offer a view of the city. It is officially open from Monday to Saturday, 10:00-17:30 for consultation.
Reception:
The reception is the first area one see when one enter the office. This area is decorated in mostly neutral, warm tones, with hardwood flooring and eggshell walls. The receptionist’s desk faces the door, with shelves and cabinets on the left side and a window behind it. Towards the left there is a seating area, furnished with light modern chairs/sofas and a coffee table with magazines. There are several plotted plants, and a water dispenser and a coffee machine are both available at the seating area. A door on the bottom right leads to the hallway. Theo and Arthur’s Office are accessible from the hallway.

Arthur’s Office
Arthur has a comparatively larger office, but at first glance it looks roughly the same size. It is located at a corner, and one enters to a entrance nook with a coat stand (hatstand?) and a painting of a building (Recognisable as Balliol College, Oxford). The office is decorated in the same modern, warm tones as the office. Turning the corner, Arthur’s desk is visible, usually neat, most of the walls lined by shelves and cabinets, all impeccably neat and clean. There are large windows offering a view of the city along the walls, and a small seating area takes up the space in front of Arthur’s desk. There are few things on display save Arthur’s legal qualifications (A BPTC and a Manta Carlos practicing license, no university certificate) and two small framed photos, visible only from Arthur’s seat.

Spare Offices
There are two unused office in the building. One is used as a small storage space for more secure documents and spare items, while the other was formerly occupied and has now been left empty.

Storeroom
While by name a storeroom, this is actually a room that Arthur had converted into a place for himself to sleep when he is working on too many things at once, which is more often than not. It is the smallest room in the building and there are still a few empty shelves. There is a small window and it isn’t exceptionally well lit. Arthur had brought a camp bed, a mini fridge, and several other articles of living into the store room. This room is usually locked during opening hours. The storeroom is connected to the bathroom facility in the office.
