Appearance
Nona is usually in her water form. When she does enter a human form, she resembles a beautiful woman who is soaking wet, and no amount of drying her off will stop her from dripping water everywhere. Her height and overall size are a function of how much water she has incorporated into herself. She always appears to be wearing soaking wet, ragged clothes.
If she needs to, she can bring a towel to at least make the dripping less obnoxious, and she wears gloves to handle books and paper.

Personality
Nona is nurturing, even doting towards Chloe and her daughter. She very clearly favors women over men, to the point that Chloe sometimes finds it embarrassing; thankfully, this bias does not extend to other Goetic demons.
Nona is intensely interested in healthcare and human anatomy, especially midwifery and female anatomy. She also loves aquatic life. Aquariums are a treat for her.

Active Abilities
Water Form
Nona can shift between a humanoid form and a form made of animated water. In her water form, Nona can climb up or attach herself to any solid surface, and she can fling herself several meters at a time. She can also absorb relatively un-diluted water (such as from a body of fresh water or from the tap) into herself, though she cannot exceed a total volume of 100 liters. Nona can fling parts of herself at high enough speeds to shatter glass or break skin; however, any parts of her that are separated from her main mass are no longer a part of her.Healing
Nona can heal others by sacrificing parts of her aqueous body. In a matter of seconds, her waters can mend injuries that might have been fatal. However, there are two important things that Nona cannot fix with her power alone: infections, and blood loss. Even if she closed a large open wound very quickly, it might still become infected, which could lead to her patient's death. Or, her patient may have already lost so much blood that by the time Nona heals her the it won't matter.In order for Nona to heal an injury, her water needs to directly reach a part of the injured tissue. This sometimes means she has to cut through skin to reach muscle, tendon, or bone.
Nona does not heal men. It is unclear whether she cannot or will not heal men. Thankfully, this limitation does not extend to goetic demons; she would still be able (and willing) heal Ozzy, or a male-shifted Chloe, for example. Outside of such cases, however, Nona will not heal men.
Healing people can cause Nona to kill herself if she isn't careful, especially if she gets a lot of blood in herself.
Passive Abilities
Immortality
When her physical form in the material world is killed or destroyed, Nona will regenerate in hell. She will be ready for re-summoning within about a week. Summoning her physical manifestation into the world is a complicated and expensive procedure; this can take over an hour. Furthermore, Chloe can only gain Nona's service in this world by sacrificing her fertility. Summoning her in the first place has already done this, so Chloe would need to restore her fertility through magical and/or medical procedures before she can sacrifice it again.Always Soaking Wet
Even in her human form, Nonabtaob is always dripping wet. Towels are only a temporary measure. Nobody knows where all of this water is coming from, or why. Sometimes it's useful to have some pure, clean water around. More often than not this is an annoyance for those around her.Few Biological Needs

Death in Water Form
When Nona is in water form, there are two main ways that she can be injured or killed. First, if she is boiled, any part of her that turned to vapor is no longer part of herself. Second, if enough things are dissolved in a part of her, that part will stop being considered "water" for the purposes of her power and it will stop being a part of her. Both of these things are painful for her. If something is dissolved in a part of her, in most cases she will immediately try to expel that part from her body. if she falls below a volume of about 25 liters she can no longer take a human form, and if she falls below 5 Liters she is effectively dead.Effectively, you could kill her in her water form by bleeding or spitting a lot. Or by using a water gun full of soda pop. Or throwing dirt at her, or dumping her in the ocean. And she needs to be very careful where she treads in her water form, lest she pick up solutes that start to take her apart or kill her.
Nona's human form does not have this weakness, but it takes several seconds for her to take this form, during which she is still vulnerable. Destroying parts of her while she tries to transform will prevent her from transforming.
Black Magic
Someone who understands black magic could summon Nona as Chloe does and has done. Such a person could possibly even bend Nona's will to their own, though Chloe would be able to reverse this in a matter of minutes if she knew it had happened. The right incantation and preparation could break Nona's connection to her avatar in the physical world, "killing" her instantly.common magic items

Nona was once, supposedly, a demon in the legions of Taob. Taob is a demon of the Goetia whose domains include water and healing. She had a different name and a high rank within Taob's legion, but for reasons that have been lost to history she disgraced herself before Taob.
In a fit of rage, Taob used his godlike power over his slice of hell realm to un-make Nona's entire history with his legion. Her name means "Not from Taob" or "Not of Taob." She still has the sorts of powers that would be associated with his domains, and she knows in a vague sense what happened to her, but she does not know the specifics, nor does any other being except the most powerful members of the Goetia.
Chloe learned about Nona by communicating directly with some of the more friendly Goetia. Nona entered into the contract with Chloe willingly, believing that if she served Chloe well enough she might earn a place in the future demon lord's legions.
Despite Chloe abandoning her relationship with her father and thus her fast-track to power in hell, Nona has remained fiercely protective of and loyal to her.
Chloe has given Nona time to study medical science at the Academy. Nona's current ambition is to start up her own clinic, using nontraditional magics and nontraditional payment methods to expand her influence through this.
